I really like it here. Quiet place, right in the forest. Fresh air, there are no strangers on the territory, because the entrance is by key. The rooms themselves are comfortable, despite the fact that the ground floor. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Very friendly team. The prices are great. Around the forest and Lake Spruce. Silence and grace. From the hustle and bustle of the city just relax!

Had a great weekend! We liked everything ! We lived in an apartment, 4 oranges, for two days.
The room has everything for a comfortable stay: a bathroom with a shower, toilet paper, gel for dishes, there is a stove, microwave, kettle, dishes for 4 people, TV, bed, sofa, wi-fi is not very good. The bed is not very comfortable, but the sofa is gorgeous.
True, there were interruptions with hot water, But this is from the repair of pipes in the sanatorium, pine hill.
The beach is clean with a cafe and toilet, the water is gorgeous, the air is clean, the nature is beautiful. Ride on the river tram on the lake. The rest was overshadowed by the guard at the exit, who rudely did not want to let us out, said that the owners where we lived should let us out. But the owners didn’t tell us anything about it! In general, we saw the hostess only once when we checked in. Even when we checked out, she didn’t come, her son, a boy, came, the hostess is polite, but not very good-natured, she never asked how we live, maybe we need something ... she didn’t even say that they had to release us from the territory.
In general, everything is gorgeous. We liked everything.

Rested recently in the "4 oranges." Unfortunately, at that time, the water had not yet been swallowed. They could not be bought. Now about the hotel itself. The rooms are good on their own, everything is there for a comfortable stay. We were in building number 7, 3 (2800 days) and 4 (3550 days) rooms. So in the 4th room there is a huge bathtub, they wanted to bathe the baby in it, and it was full of holes. Room price is 3550 days. Well, guys, for that kind of money you simply can’t boast a bath, it’s a kapets of course. Well, how is that? Okay, we arrived just a couple of days. And if for a week? I would have to swear. And what I didn’t like is your administrator. We came with grandmothers, it’s obvious that we don’t hang out, namely to relax. But he spoke to us right at the doorstep in such an unpleasant tone, as if we had arrived here and now we will thump, make noise and yell. Directly unpleasant as it became. Plus we pay for the number of 4 people. Then why give linen only how many people have stopped by, and one more sheet and one duvet cover. Okay, my husband and I are sleeping together, and our grandmothers on different sofas were sleeping. They had to split a sheet and a duvet cover for two. If the number is designed for 4x so give out linen for 4x, everything is paid! I understand the reluctance to wash, but these are your problems, not the guests. I put 4ku. But unfortunately we will not go to you more. I do not recommend it.

Nice place for a good rest. The hotel was pleased that the room has a kitchen (microwave, stove, dishes, kettle), everything you need for cooking. Clean bed, clean room. And the fact that the basement is not at all dark in the room, and this is not scary. There are, however, small requirements in the hotel: leave clean dishes and take out the trash after you. We rested very well.

We rested in October and were very pleased! The rooms are clean! After reading some reviews, they were looking for dirt on purpose and did not find it)) even the dust on the closet and behind the toilet was checked (we have a small child) - everything is clean everywhere! People who write about dirt, who are you?
We were in building 6a, the internet worked fine. The room was warm, everything worked. It's nice that the new TV, the remote control is still in the bag))
I can’t say anything about the cafe, because we didn’t go there, they cooked in the room, everything is there, it’s convenient, even the pan is new. We went to the pool at the sanatorium, fine. The nature around is wonderful.
The staff is normal, we asked to give us another pot, they immediately brought it, the child wet the towel, asked to change it, immediately changed it. On the day of departure, the child fell asleep, we were given the opportunity to stay after the departure time without any problems.
We really liked everything, we will come to New Year.
