Terrible! When the caring and helpful Nina Vladimirovna was in charge, everything was clean, cozy, and as if I was visiting old friends. Now we never set foot there, with the new owner Lena, but the old owner Anatoly Petrovich, you feel uncomfortable, indifferent, the rooms are dirty, the bed is washed and there is never anyone there to resolve any issues (either there is no water, then there is no light, there are problems with parking).

Horror! Don't go to this bug infestation! I can’t express in words how neglected, dirty, bad attitude everything is! Ugh, I don’t even want to remember. We stopped there and ran away that same day! Brrrrr

Friendly hostess Nina Vasilyevna, clean and tidy rooms, reasonable budget prices for housing near the sea (2-3 minute walk to the shore), you just want to come back there again and again. I recommend.

Super budget close to the sea, two minutes and you’re already swimming. The hostess is now Nina Vladimirovna again, the kitchen has been updated, there is wi-fi, air conditioning, it’s cozy. Of the minuses, there are only four TV channels (you can take a TVbox with you), and audibility is not weak from neighboring rooms, but for such a price this is nitpicking
