Near the sea, it is convenient that the exit from the hotel goes to the market. Nearby there is a stop, Pyaterochka and a cafe. A very large set of dishes, cozy comfortable rooms, pleases the built-in air conditioning system in each room, a sofa chair, in which it is convenient to admire the view of the village through a large a window, in each room a terrace with a table and chairs, it is good to get together with a large company. The highlight of the hotel is the winter garden and landscaping of the adjacent territory and all flights of stairs, a barbecue area, a children's area, a covered swing. Of the minuses, payment is not per room, but per person , expensive, especially in the summer.

Beautiful territory, normal rooms, normal breakfasts. Cleaning problems. It is immediately felt that you are not "owed" here, but you "must" ... Only in the dining room, visitors are treated with sympathy. Despite the high price, the room is cleaned every three days, and even then, if you know that for this you need to leave the key to the administrator. For shower gel and shampoo, you need to go to the administrator yourself. A check for payment is given only if asked. Not the entire amount is entered on the check. Despite the answer on Booking that early check-in is free, they still took the money for it and refused to provide a check for this amount.

Disgusting attitude towards vacationers. In the absence of fencing adjacent to the beach, it is forbidden to go out through their gate, allegedly by order of the hotel owner. Complete lack of security at the declared guarded parking lot. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Look for something similar nearby, I'm sure you will find a more worthy one.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea. The grounds of the hotel are magnificent: in flowers and bushes, there are places to sit and relax in the shade. The room is nice, quite spacious with everything you need. Breakfasts are good, tasty and quite varied, the staff in the dining room are friendly, helpful, which is very pleasing.
Of the minuses: the qualifications of the hotel staff, with the exception of the canteen workers: a security guard with a watchman's syndrome, interrogated and tried to close the gates in front of us, an administrator who does not know how to work correctly on complaints, aggressively argues in polemics, a girl accompanying and showing the room, all the time talking in private telephone.
The mattresses are hard.
