Nice, cozy place. Nice well-groomed spacious area. There is where to take a walk, there are gazebos, a playground. Large clean beach. We held a corporate party here, I really liked the staff - caring, attentive and adequate. There was no room inside, overall the place was very pleasant. I definitely recommend it.

An excellent place for rest and relaxation. WiFi in the hotel practically does not work, only in the cafe. Megaphone in the hotel is provided only by Edge. Nice beach and oak trees.

Great place, quiet and peaceful! The price is very nice compared to the Khvalynskiye terms. We just needed to spend the night on the way, breakfast is included in the price! Thanks for the hospitality.

The hotel is modest and cozy, but the DINING ROOM NEEDS A REVISORRO: the trays and cutlery stink of “100-year-old” rags, thank God they didn’t pick up the “guts” (they wiped it themselves). Yes, as we noticed, mostly workers (rotation workers, etc.) live here, but excursion groups of children also stop by. Take note, because this will resonate with you someday!!!

We were here for the first time on 07/21/21 and were completely satisfied. Two-room with breakfast 3500, which is quite worthy, if you consider the level of the room, the cleanliness of the hotel. The administrator is friendly. The room has water, kettle, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe. The cafe is expensive. But there are chain stores "Red and White", "Pyaterochka", "Magnit" nearby.

European menu. Really delicious. Plenty of space including a summer veranda. Cons: orders will not be fulfilled very quickly. On May 9, there was a complete failure (and what an advantageous location! And how many guests were in the city!): Visitors waited for a long time and received orders in parts. We received a teapot of tea after 30 (!) Minutes, and the cake from the window - it didn't need to...

Last year we were delighted with cleanliness, service, breakfast. In this ... The girl at the reception, we "torn off from dinner." By the way, we were the only visitors! Torn off, oh, sorry, please, twice! It turned out that there was no hot water, they went downstairs to say, and they made a remark to us that we were tearing off. In general, there was no water, the phone was unplugged, the refrigerator...

Not a bad hotel for a short stay. The rooms are not bad. True linen and towels smell damp. If someone lives in the next room, even the slightest rustle is heard. Breakfasts are not even worth discussing (((
