On the plus side, friendly staff. And that is all. We lived 3 days. The room is clean and everything seems to be there: dishes, towels, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator. But! The beds are hard, you can feel the springs. You can hear everyone passing by the door. There is a huge frosted glass in the doors! And in the hallway, the lights are turned off after one in the morning. That is, fall asleep earlier, without options! There is a cafe on site and cooks cook delicious food. And again there is a but! If you want to eat, then it is not a fact that you will succeed. Since the cafe does not have a normalized schedule, and if there are no guests, they simply close. So we missed dinner twice. The bathroom is a different story. Smells like sewage, very noisy. That is, if you turn on the water to wash your hands, the pump runs every 2 minutes and so that your ears are blocked. There are 3 pools: large, children's and cold. There are no benefits. Just a pool with thermal water. Did you ask the administration if the hotel rooms are the same? Can I change the number? They said there were no empty seats. The rooms are the same. But there weren't many people either. So I don't know if we're that lucky. The hotel is not worth its own - definitely! I hope management will read my review and take action. But I won't go back to this hotel!
