We visited this place on the way from Arkhyz, were very pleased with the rest. Clean comfortable room with access to the pool, beautiful well-groomed territory, secure parking for cars, comfortable barbecue area, gazebos. There are three pools on the territory: a children's pool, a large communal pool and a pool with hot water. After water, by the way, very soft and pleasant skin, there is a barely perceptible smell of oil.
The staff is very attentive and friendly, special thanks to the administrator Beslan, responsive and always ready to help in solving any situation.
The breakfast is delicious, the dining room is clean and comfortable. What else do you need for a good holiday!

We were with my husband alone in a junior suite. The room has everything you need to relax in comfort: 2 sets of towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower accessories, hairdryer; kettle, refrigerator, tea set. All this is included in the cost of living. The territory is very well-groomed, clean, lots of plants. There are paths to take a walk. The mangal area is far from the pools, which is a plus, since in other places they came across the fact that they were swimming, and next to them was the smoke from the kebabs. Breakfast is included in the price. However, there is a suggestion: add scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs for breakfast. The husband refused to eat porridge for breakfast every day. The pool water is great! There is one more suggestion: make sides of the sides inside a large pool so that you can sit in the water, and not on the stairs at the entrance, as many do. The issue with food: in a restaurant you really need to order food from the menu at least 1 hour in advance. Minus: when paying in a restaurant, 10% service charge is charged on top. It is up to the client to decide whether or not to "tip". The price tag on the menu is a little overpriced, but delicious home-style, from 700 rubles per person for lunch. I want to note the work of the staff: friendly, calm. Special thanks to the administrator Tatyana! The TV in the room did not work, I quickly decided everything. It's nice when on vacation without hassle. I recommend this place for relaxation as a couple, as well as in a company, as a family. There is entertainment for everyone. Board games can be borrowed at the reception. We will definitely come back!

The most important thing here is the hot spring. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not for you. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is fully consistent !!! There are minor flaws, but this is nit-picking. The pool is ok, hot, there is everything for children, 2 children's pools, a playground. I would also like to emphasize the delicious and inexpensive cuisine. !!!
Of the minuses for me, this is part of a dirt road, if you go to a crossover it will be quite comfortable.
