That these are hotel standards, check-out at 12, but this is not so, we often live in hotels in different cities, but there is such a check-out time and it is different for everyone, and the administrator must inform about this upon check-in! Or at least call the number when the time is running out! Your employees did neither! We were also not provided with the document where the check-out time is written, the price administrator was looking for a very long time, in general, when leaving, your employees ruined the whole impression of your hotel.
