For a 4-bed room with a balcony on the 1st floor, they paid 4 thousand rubles.
On the territory there is a children's area with a trampoline and a slide. Location away from noise, the road to the base is narrow, there is asphalt. Booking of rooms on top, the administrator is polite.
Now for the cons. There is no air conditioning, there are no mosquito nets on the windows. There was no soap and toilet paper in the room upon arrival and the floor was terribly dirty! Since we arrived for a day, late in the evening, and left early in the morning, the administrator was not asked a question about this.
A steep descent leads to the beach, which is inconvenient in places. The beach itself seemed run down. It takes a long time to get to the nearest store or cafe..

Quietly calm, but if there is no sun, there is no hot water, everywhere except the kitchen, where there is a boiler. Black sand beach. In general, a pleasant place, if you do not need noise and fun all night with gatherings in the bar.

Wonderful base, I advise you to stop and relax in comfort. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the bed is fresh. Sleep like at home!!! Friendly staff, everything you need is provided. The area is well-groomed, I want to come back again. The only negative is the beach, rocky bottom, but you can walk a little further to the right there is more or less better.

We rested at the base from Thursday to Sunday. The recreation center is chic for its prices and status. Rooms are clean with freshly ironed linens. The room has everything you need. The kitchen has everything! Multicookers, stoves, washing machine, kettles, dishes. You only need to bring food and drink with you. I am sure that there will be dissatisfied, swearers who were not satisfied with something, but I personally think that such a price is simply a sin to complain about! ! The rooms are well worth their price. Clean, cozy, comfortable and with all amenities. We sat with my wife and thought next year only here, I hope they don’t kill for the season !!!
