Yar Hotel&SPA in Chertovitskoye

If I'm not mistaken, less than a year ago the Yar hotel raised prices: Lux instead of 8000 rubles. began to cost 12,200 rubles. 😬 prices have gone up and quality has gone down. last night we spent the night from 12th to 13th July 2021. our patience has run out and now we are not writing an angry review: -A huge number of dead flies Mosquitoes and other insects on the windowsills;
- everything is dirty in the bathroom! the bathtub is dirty, sticky, the sink is spattered, the toilet is black from urinary stones, the toilet seat is cracked, there is no toilet paper 🤔 garbage in the trash bins left over from previous guests, -very dirty Dusty floor (how decent people entered the room, took off their shoes and got their feet dirty)
- wall clock does not run;
- there is nothing in the mini bar, nothing at all;
- the refrigerator is dirty and stinks. in the morning he invited the manager Tanyusha to look at all this beauty, they heard the accusation in their address instead of the Apology ... it turns out that we set up the staff without announcing our observations in the evening!
