We rested in the cottages of the "Russian Village" sanatorium, in house # 4.
The house has about 15 rooms. The site contains a photo of the house # 2, in which there are suites. The rest of the houses, economy rooms, their photos are not on the site, I attach them to the review.
The rooms have perfect audibility, it is very difficult to fall asleep, you can hear neighbors walking along the corridor, talking, closing the doors.
Opposite the house # 4 there is a gazebo for barbecue, guests sit there until late at night, the light in the gazebo is on, conversations are heard.
In the room where we stayed, the plumbing was broken and the lock was pulled out. After being told at the reception, the plumbing was repaired.
The food is good. The area is beautiful and the lake is clean. There is a lot of shade near the beach, as pine trees grow.
In the canteen there was a customized menu, but what was ordered was not brought to the high load, but what was left. I had to wait until they brought it. In the menu, the note "the administration can change the menu".
Newest building # 1. Groups of children are accommodated in building # 2. The suites are the newest. Economy difficult for a comfortable stay.
You can play tennis for free at the on-site sports complex.

I really liked the rest in the sanatorium, the lake itself is very clean with a sandy shore, the only thing is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, you can't do without repellents, there are enough sun beds, food with an order on the menu is quite decent. Dancing, cinema, sports equipment rental, cafe, karaoke, hairdresser, barbecue, swimming pool, everything is available for a good rest.

If you are going to come here for a relaxing holiday - not worth it. Everything wonderful that this sanatorium has - a clean lake, pine trees, a huge territory, decent food - everything will be crossed out by the impossibility of relaxing in your room. Groups of children are brought here - something like a pioneer camp or a sports camp - and there is no life for ordinary people in the building. Crowds of children, groups of 20-30 people, are constantly yelling in the corridor, yelling in the morning, afternoon (it is impossible to rest after lunch) and late in the evening. As I write this review, it is 10:20 pm and the eerie screams in the hallway continue. They knock on the walls, sit at the doors of other vacationers, turn on the "music" very loudly. I do not know why the reservation service or the administration could not warn that a children's camp was inhabited here.
Children do not know how to behave, they do not give up the path on the territory or at the entrance to buildings, the leaders of children's groups, obviously, do not care, or they cannot cope. The whole vacation, for which a lot of money was paid, is ruined. I do not recommend this sanatorium. Never come here if you want to relax.

We are resting in the abnormal heat. Everything is fine, standard rooms are large, comfortable, clean. Of the three rooms, two were given with balconies. But it was probably the administrator who was supportive of us. The staff are friendly, especially the receptionists in the dining room, they fed us without registration. It is clear that the sanatorium is not new and, due to the covid, a major overhaul is not expected. But I've seen Hotels in Turkey are much worse. The food is normal The heat is worth many do not eat at all, only drink and peck the salad and leave the rest on the tables. There are five nearby, and a Sberbank ATM in the lobby. There is also free parking outside the gate. The lake is clean, clear, excellent pool. A sports complex, an entertainment program, a boat station ... you will not get bored ... only in the heat no one needs it all hanging out on the beach and in the pool. There was a 20% discount on the MIR card. Prices and rooms for every taste. It is clear that the sanatorium is always packed with people. We like everything here perfectly .... the only thing is the COMARA just horses :-)
