Came on a business trip. Booked a room by phone. Basically, I liked everything. Modest, not much space. There was a little draft from the window, but not critical. It was a bit noisy from the street, but this is the center, everyone is out and about.

I was on a business trip and stayed at the Belebey Hotel. I really liked everything: the staff was helpful and polite, and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend it!

A bit dull. The rooms haven't had cosmetic repairs for a long time. The cafe in the hotel building is unlikely to feed you to the brim for 500 rubles. You don't need a time machine to get into the past. Economy class rooms will provide you with unforgettable memories of the Soviet Union. The furniture in business class rooms is shabby, the wallpaper is old, there isn't even a kettle, everything is held together by honest glory. The administration doesn't care about the hotel.

It is not clear why they charge so much money, a room for 3600 per day is a small room with a shabby interior and a very tiny bathroom. Moreover, the toilet is combined with a shower. One bed and a tiny sofa. The kitchen is simply absent. A small table where it is completely inconvenient to eat. And they call this a business class room! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Terrible renovations, prehistoric furniture, and plumbing bordering on awful. Cold. The website promises parking, but in reality, there isn't any. But! They started giving out shampoo and shower gel. Things have improved. We were traveling from another city 700 kilometers away, transiting. We had no other choice, so we had to stop. I'd like to wish the owners the money to make at least a few decent rooms. And spend some money on advertising your city. It has so many attractions, a fantastic climate, and excellent resorts. All you have to do is promote them and enjoy them.
