Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms. Clean, well-kept territory. Despite the slight distance from the city center (15 minutes by car), you feel like you are in a country hotel. Separate recreation areas. Various gazebos. Restaurants, bars both in the main building and on the territory. Closed, well-kept sandy beach, sports equipment rental. Comfortable swimming pool.

Polite and attentive, professionals. I am glad that there are many married couples with children. They create an atmosphere of kindness and harmony. The food is delicious, though the portions are scarce. But this is the norm for Russia. Georgia, Montenegro and Turkey have more hospitable establishments. Overall I recommend! Clean, nice, comfortable.

We rested here for 3 days in August 2021. We rented 2 houses. We were lucky with the weather - we had time to swim, sunbathe, take pictures in the evening at the pantone, arranged an evening disco! In the houses, everything is done for a comfortable stay: a toilet, a shower, a heated floor in the bathroom, a stereo system, a TV, an electric kettle and a microwave with a refrigerator. Great playground...

A good place. Nice clean houses, grounds. Sand on the shore and in the lake. The entrance to the water is smooth, the lake is shallow. The remark of the administration - to check the cleanliness on the shore more often, when they were - as in the morning there was rubbish, fragments from bottles, they left, no one cleaned it.

We rested at the base from July 4-9, 22, we liked everything, the territory is good, the beach is excellent, I would like a closet in the house, but of course things were laid out. The wish that there were no local residents at the base. We'll be back, thanks

The place is just great! Perfect for a family vacation. For holidays with small children there are all the amenities in the house. And shower and toilet and cartoons on TV if you are tired of walking and swimming) everything is very comfortable, friendly staff! We have already gone 4 times, we were 100% satisfied. And what evenings on the veranda in front of a fire burning in the grill ... Uhhh .....

Restaurants on site Atlas and Rosemary. The atlas is pretentious, all the tables are constantly occupied, but in fact there are always empty seats, it takes a very long time to wait for food. Children's menu only in Rosemary, not in Atlas...

Everything is changing, not for the better. Tired numbers. I took two rooms (for children and for me and my wife). In one room, the TV did not work, there was no refrigerator, barely warm batteries (the window sill could replace the refrigerator). After more than one appeal - an aunt came, tried to set up the TV - it did not work out. They changed the number. The safe didn't work. In the children's...

What has been done for centuries will always be beautiful.

We had a great weekend) I liked everything. Comfortable conditions, beautiful lake. Great view from the window. Breakfasts in the restaurant are included in the room rate, a large selection of breakfast dishes, everything is delicious. On the territory there is a small complex of a free-standing bathhouse, an open-air pool with warm water and a jacuzzi.

The territory is large, delimited into several zones, according to the hotel buildings, with different entrances and a parking place. A long health trail through the forest, several restaurants with excellent cuisine, breakfast is included in the price of the room, the breakfast itself is quite decent. Spa area in the open air and in the building of one of the hotels, for an additional fee, to choose...
