Every year it gets worse...
Rooms with rotten furniture. Dusty awful. Sofas need to be cleaned at least sometimes, otherwise you sit down and breathe a cloud of dust.
I don't understand where people should buy water, beer and ice cream while relaxing on the beach. There are some closed cafes all over the territory, and only a cafe at the reception works. So people in wet bathing suits are supposed to go to reception for ice cream?
A couple of years ago there were free bikes, then they canceled it. In large and expensive rooms there are no slippers and bathrobes.

Very unfriendly staff, with rare exceptions. Food for 3 points. I have never seen anything like this - children are only allowed into the pool from the age of 7!!! However, there is a reference. In the UD system, this is nonsense.
They practice corporate service - for them there are no boundaries of what is permitted. For example, their party from April 27 to 28 ended at about 3 o'clock in the morning. According to their own rules of stay, it is forbidden to make noise after 23 hours. The roar was all over the district.
On April 29 at 7.30 a fire alarm was announced, as they later managed to find out from the administrator it was a short circuit, as their representative put it. Well, of course, no one bothered to announce a false alarm or cancel the alarm. People ran out into the street with small children, with things.

Angry, not good, not comfortable, very expensive.

Clean tidy , the waiters in the bar however not in a hurry to come to you , the animation is simply super ! The children are always busy - and this is a big plus !

The Guesthouse, in which I want to go back! Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable rooms, wonderful grounds, clean air, reservoir, beach - and all this near Moscow.

Everything is just perfect. The food is great, the staff is friendly, the place is very beautiful, but the main plus is, of course, my dear horses and unforgettable horseback riding in the woods with wonderful instructors
