A third of the building is a hotel, the rest, it seems, is a hostel or a small family. The smell and ambiance are appropriate. From the side of the hotel is ok. The room was good but it was cold.

Not a very big city, traveled around on a bicycle up and down, many attractions, very close to the river.

Was in the spring. The room is cold, the mattress and pillows are stained. The bed linen is clean but heavily boo and not the size of the bed and duvet. There are no consumables in the toilet/bathroom. There is no Internet. There is satellite TV. Receipts are issued, the manager is adequate.

I highly recommend it, a big house for celebrations, all the guests are pleased, separately the children ran into the room to play air hockey, they haven’t tried table tennis yet;) but there is a place to dance and eat, a toilet and a kitchen are at our disposal, thanks to the owners

It's normal for a hostel, only a 2-star maximum for a hotel, although I've seen worse hotels.

For me, as a traveler who needed to take a shower and rest before another day on the road, this hotel turned out to be an ideal option. Great location for a transit traveler - close to the highway (don't trust the google map, the hotel is not there), nice room and, most importantly, friendly staff!. My recommendations!

Stayed for the night, lived in a double room, everything is fine, shower, clean bed linen. The kitchen has everything for cooking, pots, spoons.

Small hotel (7 rooms), there is a shared kitchen, TV, kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator in the room. Breakfast can be ordered for a fee. Renovated, new furniture, but no feeling of comfort. There are also questions about cleanliness ....... At the entrance we were offered to wear used disposable slippers (the first time we met this). The mattress on the double bed was caught with bulging springs...

The value for money is more or less normal. We returned from the Pavlovsk reservoir and stopped in Birsk to spend the night. The room we were given was not very well ventilated. I had to keep the front door of the room ajar. Certainly not five stars or four, but one night to spend the night is a normal option.

Excellent hotel, renovated like in a 5 star hotel, pleasant hostess.
