Hi all. We were in the rest home (DO) "Component" during the New Year and Christmas holidays, from January 4 to January 8, 2022. Booked two rooms "standard comfort". In fact, we received two tiny rooms that had nothing to do with what was booked and what was indicated / shown on the DO website. The room had a bed, a wardrobe, a table and a mini-fridge under it, which in general occupied the entire area. As expected, everything is worn out. There was a monitor on the table, but the TV did not show, Wi-Fi was not caught. The ceiling was broken in the room, the window was broken, the shower cabin was covered with mold, in general it was dirty. From the dishes were a tray and two glass glasses. There is no kettle, no hair dryer, no outlet for a hair dryer, no ventilation, no air conditioning (in general, this was not announced, just for understanding). Two towels were given per person (small and large), this is for the entire stay, the exchange of towels for fresh ones is not provided, room cleaning is not provided, garbage removal is not provided. From cosmetic accessories - toilet paper and a white vial of liquid without identification marks.
The main surprise was that the entire building was booked for a winter children's camp, and in fact we were hooked up with children - screaming, running around, raging, with their own program with loud music and competitions, the atmosphere of a school break 24/7. In general, 90% of the rooms (maybe more) in the "Component" were occupied by various children's clubs / teams / camps - young swimmers, wrestlers, "Kraski", a development center, etc. That is, "Component" is the base of children's camps, not a holiday home. And no one warned us about this or hinted at it.
About the dining room. The food is the usual children's camp, generally tasty, but they did not indulge in variety. Drinks include water, tea bags and coffee powder. For lunch there was compote, for dinner - kefir. There are many tables in the dining room, but almost all of them are reserved for children's groups - there are nameplates. For people like us, only a few tables are provided, they were not enough.
Of the free entertainment there is a swimming pool, table tennis, checkers, chess. Time in the pool is scheduled for children's groups, between them there is time for vacationers. There is no wardrobe for outerwear in the pool, so everyone - both in swimsuits and fur coats in the snow - is all in one tiny room. It also has two hair dryers. Separately, there is a shower room with three compartments with dirty moldy curtains (this is in the women's room, there were no curtains in the men's room at all). No soap, no shampoo, no towels. But you can use a towel from the room - the one that is not changed at all times. The water in the pool smelled strongly of bleach, muddy, a lot of hair floated. In general, there is rust and mold all around, everything is worn and broken. Hats are not required.
There is a small ice rink on the premises. Skates are rented (150 rubles per hour), but there is a problem with the size, and in general the skates are in a dead state - rusty, dirty, broken. They also rent skis, but there are no ski tracks on the territory of the distance, and tubing (also 150 rubles / hour). The tubing slide is great, but chances are there will be a group of camp teenagers besides you.
In general, on the territory of boring things, you entertain yourself as best you can, there is billiards, slot machines (for a fee), a bar (there is not much from the declared menu, beer “has not been brought yet”, and cappuccino and latte taste the same, albeit in different dishes) . At Christmas there was a festive evening-night dinner with a program, music, competitions. Thank you for it.
As a result, after visiting this so-called “rest home”, a feeling of frustration remained. Because we didn't have all this information, otherwise we wouldn't have gone to Component.

The buffet outweighs all the shortcomings. The buildings of the Soviet period have not been repaired for a long time. The rooms are of normal quality. There were separate long black hairs in the bathroom and in the room. Probably the maids are cleaning without hats. There are problems with ventilation in the sports complex. Steam from the pool is felt in the gym. Because of this, the air is heavy. Everything is super for entertainment! Nature is great too! When there are a lot of tourists, parking is a problem.
