The territory has its own zoo - roe deer, rabbits, foxes, arctic foxes, goats and sheep. Everyone can be fed In terms of food, you can go to the dining room or to the restaurant

For children there are trampolines on the beach, a children's room and small playgrounds around the territory, a good zoo with rabbits, birds, roe deer, sheep and wild boars

Everything for relaxation is available. The territory is large, the food is very tasty and of high quality (as they understand, they bake bread themselves)

Swimming pool, games room, zoo, animal figurines on the territory, cinema, everything is very cool. We were on a family package at the end of October

We had dinner in a restaurant on the 2nd floor on the terrace, very tasty, for 3 adults and a child a hearty dinner of 2800r (without alcohol)

The house has everything you need to relax, tableware, cooking utensils, bedding, towels. It is cool on the ground floor in winter, but slippers solve the problem. The staff is very attentive and caring

The food is very tasty, though you need to order food in advance, as it is prepared immediately before use. Portions are large for reasonable money (I would even say small). The houses are clean and so is the kitchen

The house has 1 bed, a fold-out sofa, 2 chairs, an ottoman, a table, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a carpet on the floor, and 1 dim light bulb - gouge it out, the house also has a toilet from a separate entrance, cold and hot water

Passing by the one-story administration building, you are greeted by a second parking lot that has been seized by another owner, locked with a key, and a three-story building in a depressing state - it is not functioning

There are also panel houses here (they look terrible from the outside, I haven’t been inside), but all the accommodation places are occupied! The houses have barbecue areas, almost every house has a swing, there is a building in which there is a store and a dining room with a kitchen (it’s hard to call them that)

In addition to swings for children aged 6 to 14 years, there is 1 ball, 2 bicycles for 100 rubles per hour, and a tennis table begged from the administration, which was folded up in the store against the wall! To resolve or not resolve some issue, you run to the administrative building every time
