We dined at the restaurant at the hotel. More precisely, this is a summer playground. It is possible to sit outside (in summer) or inside. Very nice, cozy atmosphere. Lots of fresh flowers. There are tables for large groups. Fast service. Friendly, pleasant staff. Large portions. Very tasty coffee. Extensive menu. In general, everything was very pleasant, we will definitely return more than once.

Normal restaurant. not bad cuisine, friendly staff. Plus the restaurant for live music, the guy sings great, his voice is good. minus the serving, we brought the cake in a large cardboard box and served it to us on the table ..... we didn’t take care of the cake dish.

Very tasty and varied cuisine at reasonable prices. Great staff!!!!

They changed chefs! This is very good. Excellent service. The bartender is beyond praise. The shish kebab cooked the meat very tasty, we have not received such pleasure from food for a long time. The hostess comes up and asks if you liked everything. I recommend.

Lived in a suite. Huge rooms, high ceilings. You can put a couple of folding beds in the bathroom. Views from the window to Elbrus, and from the other to Beshtau. Nearby Pyaterochka and other shops. Parking in front of the hotel. I will not say about food, I did not use it. The staff are caring and friendly.

There are places that will make you fall in love not because there is a cool interior, a large room, but because wonderful people work there. Very lucky with this hotel. We decided to spend the night in Pyatigorsk for May, at adequate prices there are no rooms at all. In Ararat, they rented two huge rooms, a bathroom with a full bath, a bathroom area of 10 meters. And for just 2,200 per room. Everything is clean, very friendly staff. Quiet at night. Weifai flies, the children are happy. Own parking.

This is one of two hotels in Lermontov. Nice clean. The room is huge. Breakfast is brought to your room. Downstairs is a restaurant. Everything is very convenient. We have a Wi-Fi. Rooms are cleaned every day. But the truth is, I got the impression that people smoked in the rooms before me.

The place is amazing, the views are fabulous. However it needs some major upgrades with regards to international standards. Banya should be running at all times and included. Charging for towels at the banya is unacceptable. The food is average and the manager of the hotel needs a major lesson in hospitality.

We rested in the Guest House, of the downsides: the room is very small: a tiny toilet with a shower, don't turn around, No split-It is provided only in more expensive rooms (we were not very comfortable, we rested in the summer). On the plus side, there is a large bed, clean linen, accessories and very beautiful nature around. This place is designed for celebrations. There is a restaurant, the food...

We stayed in October 2020. I liked everything very much, clean, modern, very friendly and helpful staff. The windows offer a fantastic view of the mountains. In clear weather you can even see Elbrus. The hotel is located at some distance from the city, very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and there is an excellent restaurant on site. Beautiful place. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious cuisine. Moderate cost and cleanliness. Number: Great bed. Clean linen. In the room in the toilet, a small sink, when you wash, you can pour on the floor. Minor minus. Accepted as family.
