An extremely strange place. When talking with a representative, we were assured that there is wi-fi and a restaurant, in fact there is none of this. The Internet is only for employees' computers, and instead of a restaurant there is a dining room with old furniture. From the restaurant only menu prices. When we got to the room we were not pleasantly surprised by the smell. This summer, the heat is not brought in, and in the room there is not only an air conditioner, there is not even a fan. The toilet and shower are located on the same square meter, if you turn on the shower while sitting on the toilet, you can do two things at the same time. You can forget about fishing with spinning, only a sprat on a float.
In general, the collective farm has been without a harvest for ten years. I do not advise anyone to waste time and nerves on such a dubious vacation.

We are staying here not for the first time. A very amazing place 2-3 km from the highway, 100 km from Vologda. Separate houses with all amenities with a Finnish sauna, with an optimal area for relaxation, on the shore of the lake. There are playgrounds, a private beach. The cafe has delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners with ridiculous prices. And a very charming friendly hostess.😃. Here you are always welcome.

We rested on New Year's holidays with the whole family in a separate house. I was worried that we would freeze, but in fact it was very warm.
Each house has a sauna, next to a place for barbecue.
There was also an entertainment program in the evening, but we didn’t go, as we were with our little daughter.
One minus is that there was no TV in the house and it was bad to catch Wi-Fi, and in the evening I didn’t want to watch a lot of TV.
But they took a bluetooth speaker with them, so they listened to music.

Beautiful place! Rested with the family for the new year. Prices are reasonable, service is unobtrusive. The cottages are clean, comfortable and warm. The restaurant is tasty and not expensive. The children were extremely happy with the program. We will definitely come again

Rested with a family with children, spent the night in tents. The cost of renting a place includes a summer kitchen with hot water and a shared toilet with a shower. Everything is clean and cultured. I liked it very much. There is a volleyball court, sun loungers on the beach and a children's room where the kids can sit out the bad weather. There is a place to sit by the fire. You can rent a house with a sauna. There is a cafe with food and evening dances)
