Positive aspects: a good gazebo, the house is right on the shore, only the shore is terrible, all the legs are in gardens from stones, proximity to the city.
Negative sides:
1. Appliances in the house do not work from the word at all (everything was gone in the refrigerator in a day, even the juice fermented) (air conditioners are just for show)
2. There are not one blanket in the house, they froze at night.
3. Dirty. Cobwebs and dust everywhere.
But all this is nonsense.
The main disadvantage is the owner of the house, who, after 19.00, did not allow music to be turned on, to talk loudly. (And we came from the city to shout, sing karaoke,). At 11.00 he even ran into our house to close the windows so that it would not be noisy, but at that time it was stuffy and we were not allowed to turn on the air conditioner.
4. There are boilers in every room, but you can’t turn them on, so to speak, wash yourself in cold water.
5. It is impossible to extend (brazenly lied).
6. Very funny, even the toilet was flushed with great difficulty
In general, if you are far over 50, then please you will like this place of rest.

The bath is hot, the house on the shore is a calm place, polite staff, the house is comfortable, the whole company liked both children and adults, we had 12 adult feast places, there was enough for everyone there is parking under the car

Great place, we had a great time here. I recommend both for large companies and for a quiet family vacation on the lake!

Manor on Lyapikhe, was 2 times. Once in the summer, the second in November. Both times I enjoyed it very much! Bath super! And from the bath immediately to the lake! Gorgeous! Relatively close to the city, convenient, cozy! I recommend!
