No one understands English. We booked two Apartments, not available when we reached there.
We decided to stop a second time, because. I really liked the first one. The first time we booked through booking, this time we booked through whatsapp (there were already contacts), they asked us 1000 for the reservation, we were not informed about the conditions for returning or not returning the reservation and there was no feedback at all. It didn’t work out, they called to find out if the reservation was being returned, the administrator informed us in a very incorrect form that there would be no return, such conditions “for everyone”, they did not confirm in WhatsApp because “there was no time”, etc.
Excellent apartment hotel. Very clean, which is very nice, beautiful interior, snow-white bedding, everything you need for a family. The only thing would add a trash can to the toilet. Otherwise, everyone is happy. Good location, liked everything
If you need to live inexpensively for a few days in this city, then probably not a bad option. The price is adequate and in a good location! There's an inexpensive chain of eateries downstairs! But when booking early, it is worth checking where you were settled and what is listed in the room! We did not have a balcony and a washing machine, welcome water, sugar and tea)) we had to sort out for our room. There is no elevator ((..... staff on a solid 4, but not interested in anything, perhaps there are no incentive payments from the management, although all the rooms were fully occupied. Well, upon check-out, although this is a quite decent hotel, you will number and check everything carefully))))
Great hotel. Recommend. It is clean, spacious rooms, very helpful staff. They will even drive the annoying fly out of your room))) Nice decoration of the rooms. Registration of the required documents, taking into account your wishes. Payment is possible in various ways.
