Loved this place to stay, but unfortunately this time one disappointment! Explain why in the room for 2500 rubles. no kettle, no glass to draw water! There is no refrigerator !!! Even at unpretentious railway stations, the rest rooms have a refrigerator and a kettle, and a cup and a spoon. And you are called the Park Hotel! Breakfast can hardly be called breakfast, at first we drank tea, a little later syrniki, and the porridge was about to be ready in an hour. Invite K. Ivlev to your place for a reboot!

In general, I liked it. We celebrated the wedding of our brother. The second day in the gazebo. Very comfortable. We spent the night there in the hotels. It's simple, but there is a heated pool. The service in the cafe is lame, but they take children there for the summer (I imagined if my work was possible It was even slower, so it's okay for us) .I recommend. Outside the city. Forest Pool. And the price tag is very acceptable🤗

Service is poor. The staff is dressed like that. In the room where we stopped, the bed was not made, a mess, linen was not changed, there were no towels. Generally disgusting. We waited for breakfast for half an hour. The road to the hotel park is dead. The surroundings are beautiful, the courtyards are well-groomed and illuminated. There is a bicycle rental, a swimming pool. Highly qualified specialists are needed here. A competent leader who organizes the work.

On June 26, 2021, in the Serebro banquet hall of the park-hotel Lesnye Dali celebrated their son's wedding. Disappointment. The kitchen is not very good, the waiters are a little sleepy, they forgot to put some dishes on the table, and there are many other minor flaws. At the same time, the price of the banquet is not so small. Administrator Katya is not friendly with mathematics: five times they recalculated the cost of the banquet and each time she was mistaken by several thousand, in her favor.

The cheapest gazebos there are dilapidated, broken boards on the floor do not change, you can really break your legs, the tables are generally assembled from what it is, it feels like chipboard was found in the dump and bungled out of them, shabby, old barbecue, rusty and leaky, in the middle there is almost a hole and coal, when smoldering, falls into the middle and an uneven temperature is obtained. "Very convenient", as they say everything for people, thanks for the fact that at least there were signs, I bow to you for that. After payment, we find out that our gazebo is practically at the entrance. On the fingers of the administrator explained, we pretended that we understood everything, let's go. Is it really so difficult to hang a diagram of a park hotel on the wall? Let's go to look, on the way we come across an employee of this park, when asked How we can get to such and such a gazebo, I don't know. Let's go search together. We find. And then attention is another surprise. The gazebo is located outside the park-hotel. Is this even legal? A little about the gazebo. A burnt-out leaky barbecue, naturally there are no devices for the barbecue from the word at all. Neither a poker, nor liquid for ignition, nor anything ... Many will say what you wanted for 500 rubles ... Yes, basic service ... Thanks at least there is a light in the tent ... Yes, this is a tent ... Tables and benches from the landfill. .. Rotten floor. 01/09/21 Were in the bath # 3. The door to the steam room does not close at all, the heat does not hold! Poolside ice does not break. The water in the jacuzzi is cold. One-time slippers for an additional fee of 30 rubles, which was not there before. They stick to the steps and break. We were in the past with pleasure, there was no such state, I liked everything.
