My endless love! A piece of my heart remained there))) I was with a child 4 years ago, we left with tears in our eyes)) everything is at the highest level. The food is excellent, the animation team is top notch! All is clear!!! We rested body and soul!!!

Rested during the May holidays, when the action "all inclusive" was held. Very worthy and delicious! The staff and managers of the sanatorium do an excellent job, they are very polite and competent from the purchase of vouchers to the departure from the sanatorium. We rest a second time. The first was in August 2019. A sanatorium in which everyone will feel good: both family and not so much. There are no drunken violent parties, but again, a lot of fun soulful family events, an excellent animation team, which is great for both children and adults. Definitely a great treatment. I'd like to note the staff and those who manage this team: you guys are all great fellows. All are very polite, restrained, always meet, help, benevolent. I have never heard conflict situations during our visits. This says a lot (I have something to compare with, I myself work in the healthcare system). The staff are friendly. The room where they lived is quite normal. Corner were already cold in the room hot. The balcony was opened periodically. The food is not bad, but the food is not very salty. For a restaurant, do not allow flax. Do it in diet meals. And in the laboratory where the tests are taken by rude staff.

We were here for the third time, and we will come for the fourth time) However, in Belokurikha, wherever you stop, it is good everywhere, but for quality treatment it is definitely here. It is here for every taste - from currencies to unlimited. This time we chose the same unlimited, we were congratulated from the bottom of our hearts, while there was no race from procedure to procedure, they were so competently distributed in time (and sometimes there were up to 16 of them per day, there was also time to walk along the terrain course, and evening promenades to go around the city - the air is magical, and the pool at 21 o'clock as the final chord).
And in addition to treatment, the Altai Spring is beautiful, cozy and tasty, it is a well-thought-out way of life, it is a sincere atmosphere, this is the staff who welcomes you as a close relative, and every time something grandiosely new: the pool system, and the renovation of the medical building, and new modern procedures.
In a word, I'll be back, and I advise everyone!

Slow work of medical administrators, because there is only one cash register and a large queue for payment accumulates. If the administrator was absent, the second administrator could not accept the payment and a situation was obtained when there was a free administrator and there was a queue.

The outdoor pool is heated rather weakly, and, for example, at +25 it was pretty cool.

It would be more pleasant to be in the sanatorium if the exterior of the buildings and the interior were modern, and not the times of the USSR. This does not apply to the interior of the room and the dining room. We lived in the Zdravnitsa building.

Were in 2018. Outwardly, the sanatorium is unremarkable, scoop, the building is only nicer inside, the repair is not bad, but Turkey)) is still far away. There is nowhere to take a picture. The territory in general, of course, leaves much to be desired, they really saved on it, so miserable, sad. A playground has one name and children, if they are not a kid, have nothing to do there. In general, children have nowhere to do with themselves in the evening, when the pool has already closed. We did not understand what kind of children's discos how they work and no one explained to us plainly. The front desk is such condescending girls - they talk as if we owe them, through the lip with irritation. It's unpleasant. The pools are good, only because of them we arrived, but the opening hours until 20-00 are not enough and the slide could have been more interesting, the 21st century is already like that ((, and here, forgive me, squalor. The service is also shoveling - not a single smile was seen , all dissatisfied, starting with the arrogant reception, as if we asked for a rest for free, ending with the technical staff.
Here the food in the restaurant is quite good, well done here, we liked that you can order a choice for tomorrow, what we want to eat, well thought out and well prepared, varied and tasty and even the chefs are friendly))
Summary: Only the pools are attracted. The rest is so-so level. It's not worth your money at all. Turkey is more interesting, cheaper and beauty + service.
