We were passing here in January. I chose the place because of the high rating on Booking. True, when checking in, they asked to delete the reservation there, so the picture there is incomplete.
We lived in a family room with a mezzanine, the child slept upstairs. The technical equipment is good: there is a kitchen with a sink, a hob, a refrigerator and a microwave, a full set of dishes for four. The bathroom has a shower, a water heater and a washing machine, which is rare. There were two robes and three towels each.
In the main room, the bed is comfortable and wide. There are many sockets, each with a personal lamp. Air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, window (there were options without it). There is a comfortable writing desk, which is also a dining table, but there are only two chairs.
On the second level there is also a double bed, but without bedside tables, not included in width. Ceiling height 1.8m, in the kitchen area 2.46m, it feels comfortable. The fence along the edge at the very end dangled, not fatal, but not very pleasant. The ladder is compact, without railings. The child is fine, but I will not climb one more time.
In the morning, breakfast was brought to the room, you could choose in advance from four options. Nourishing in moderation. In the presence of a teapot, they also brewed porridge from a bag.
And now about the bad news. There is simply no soundproofing. The room is on the ground floor at the end of the corridor, as a result, you can hear everything that happens at the reception and in the neighboring rooms. Okay, there are earplugs.
There is no ventilation. It would seem that you can open a window, but overboard -23, and at night CO2 went off scale for 1600ppm, even the high ceiling did not save.
And the most critical thing: it's cold. The floor feels icy. At work, I had a thermal imager with me, the examination showed that in the middle of the room +18 degrees, in the corners (end number) up to +10, two batteries did not save the situation, although they were hot up to +52. And this has already passed the frost at -40. There is no warm floor even in the bathroom. I had to climb into the bed almost immediately to warm up, two thermometers showed the air temperature +18.6 and +20.
Morality. A good option for the summer, when you can open the window and be afraid of freezing. For winter, it is better to find a simple apartment, but without the risk of getting cold at the very beginning of the trip.
