We lived in a tenhouse 3 rooms on the 2nd floor, a living room downstairs with 2 sofas. All kitchen appliances are there. Clean and comfortable. Well rested for little money. Aya and turquoise are nearby.

Inexpensive. Purely. Pleasant host. This is certainly not a luxury level, everything is very simple. But the room is only needed to wash and sleep. An excellent option for this amount.

We have been to this place many times and have never regretted it. Everything is super.

The owner of the base kindly meets, helps with accommodation, is constantly present at the base, will help with any questions (with me, the guests needed a head for 14, I found it😉), and also prepares good breakfasts! a strict keeper of the peace and quiet of vacationers! 😉👍 So this place is perfect for lovers of a measured, family vacation!

All the fuss is aside, but here there is a chill from luxurious birches, cleanliness, the smell of flowers, mowed grass and. silence! Good rooms, timely cleaning, solution of all issues of living and life

The advantage of this place is that it is located near the mountain 👍 Higher from the road, higher from everyone and everything. That's why it's quiet here! It's amazing, but quiet! Nobody interferes

Rested with the whole family in June, everyone really enjoyed it. The territory is neat, the houses are cozy, we had a family two-room apartment

The territory has its own heated mini-pool and just GREAT cuisine! To Lake Aya - 5 minutes walk

Perfect place! We rented a VIP house here for 4 days. We arrived for work. The administrator is just gold! We are very satisfied. Very clean and comfortable. The VIP house has a separate parking lot.

Everything is so good! But there are small flaws in the room. The shower cubicle is a terrible thing. Restaurant, the price is very high

The pluses are that the price and quality correspond, of the minuses that the barbecue area is not equipped with water supply, therefore, when cooking, you have to wear everything and the place of the barbecue area is far from the gazebos, so I removed one star

The hotel consists of several log houses (similar to cedar). Rooms with large enough balconies, heated rooms and all the necessary amenities

A wonderful camp site for a family vacation, the territory has all the conditions for a good rest, we can say that you don't have to go anywhere! A pool with slides for both children and adults, sun loungers, sports equipment, a restaurant where they cook great, you will lick your fingers 🤤 The Katun coast is sandy, where you can spend time relaxing on the beach and enjoying the beautiful view

We stayed for a week, during this time we never did not clean anything, and did not even change the towels, although it certainly could have been done at least once. Hence my assessment of a weak C grade

We rested at this base in early August 2019. I was outraged by the fact that the workers were covering the roof of the utility block with slate, respectively, the knock of a hammer, the noise of a grinder

At the same time, all pools are equipped with sun loungers and barbecue areas. You can take a bath, while at least at night the main thing is to warn in advance

The restaurant has an extensive menu and very affordable prices compared to other bases and even cafes in the Altai Republic. Honestly, if there is a better base, then show it to me, even Aya loses when compared

Firstly, it is a huge complex of luxury houses. And this common balcony is very large, it can easily accommodate several rooms at once and not interfere with each other

And nightlife lovers can walk along the paths and at the same time are not afraid to break their legs. On the territory itself there are not one, not three, but somewhere around five pools and various baths

At night, the area looks very cool, the lighting is quite bright, but the colors are chosen cold and its location does not interfere with sleeping in the rooms

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and regularly maintained. There is a separate parking lot in front of each house

Most of all I liked that during our stay my husband and I got the impression that we were staying with our friends along the way, and not in a tourist place. Many thanks to Valery and Nadezhda for the warm welcome!

There are no bars, nowhere to go, the lift works only from 10 am, there is no morning ski pass for half a day. in general, I do not recommend going for a drive. I put 3 stars exclusively for breakfast
