Almost every year we rest with Olya and Vitaly. These are wonderful, very hospitable and insanely hospitable people. We advise you to come at least once to them and you will not be able to rest anywhere else. Cozy houses, clean shared kitchen and showers, always nice neighbors. 5 minutes walk to the lake. The best place we have ever vacationed. Thank you very much for our unforgettable vacation!!!

We rested in a cozy estate "At the Lake" in July 2021. We are very grateful to the owners. Beautiful, clean, comfortable! Everything for guests. On the territory of the estate there are gazebos, swings, a sandbox for children. Homestead for family holidays, silence after 23.00! It is possible to relax with a pet (without disturbing anyone). Olga Nikolaevna, met and escorted to the bus, gave a tour on the first day, close to the lake. We will definitely come back to you!!!

About seven years ago we also read reviews about the "Estate by the Lake" and still, every year we come to the hospitable owners of this estate Ole and Vitaly. Many thanks to them for the cozy, most importantly clean apartments, at affordable prices. I recommend this place to everyone, it’s very convenient: to the lake. Yarovoe walk 7 min. walk, while walking from the lake, along the way you can buy dried, cold and hot smoked fish. In the yard there are barbecues, a cauldron for cooking fish soup, spacious kitchen areas, comfortable showers, clean bathrooms. There have never been any problems with Olga, everything is solved, any issues are discussed. Olya and Vitaly are very friendly, patient, adequate people. Thank you very much, we will continue to visit them, and also recommend them to everyone.

For more than 10 years I have been coming to Olga and Vitaly, and I return home full of energy and in a great mood, because the owners treat people like family!!! Any request, any question, everything is solved immediately. Very well-groomed territory, cleanliness, the rooms are made and thought out in such a way that the living people are very comfortable.
