Great place to relax. We rested for two weeks, 5 minutes walk to the lake, piers 42 and 22 are within walking distance. The owner Anatoly is just a kind-hearted person, it is very pleasant to talk. The house is clean and comfortable, the yard is just beautiful, there are vineyards and flowers all around. He treated his homemade wine, very tasty. I will gladly come again

Rested in August this year in the estate "Gnezdyshko". Warm memories and vivid impressions of my short vacation are due to the wonderful climate of the Altai Territory, the healing Lake Bolshoye Yarovoye and the amazing hosts of Gnezdyshka, who sheltered me for 4 delightful days at the end of summer.
If there are vacant rooms - take it! You will be surrounded by care, unobtrusive attention and a truly individual approach.
The big house has 18 rooms, they are united in blocks of 2-4 rooms. I was traveling alone and asked for a small room with private facilities. For 700 rubles per day (during the season the price may rise a little) I got a cozy comfortable room on the second floor and a transfer from the station. In addition, a large LCD TV, floor fan, kitchen with modern appliances, large balcony-terrace. Hot water is supplied constantly. Wet cleaning is carried out daily (!) in the block. Broken equipment is replaced with a new one right there. My neighbors managed to burn down the kettle and microwave in one day. Without reproaches and trials, new electrical appliances were brought to us 15 minutes after the emergency was reported.
On the territory of the estate there is always one of the owners of the house, any issues are resolved with lightning speed. Upon arrival, I asked to replace my pillow with a synthetic one - they brought it in 10 minutes.
To the lake and the equipped beach "42 berth" - 4 minutes on foot - I spotted. You can breathe healing air directly from the balcony and swim at least 5 times a day.

The decoration of the rooms and the house is modern, of high quality. The floors are clean, soft carpets and rugs. Bed linen is carefully ironed and smells fresh. The furniture is new, everything is in order.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room where you can use an iron and a washing machine.

There are several benches in the yard, a tennis table, a barbecue, a large swing, a lot of greenery, grapes, apple trees, flowers and a real bridge across a tiny pond. In the evenings, the whole house gathers in the yard for heartfelt conversations and barbecue tasting.

The most important thing is the feeling of home comfort. The coolest hotels in the world spend a lot of money in order to create an atmosphere of hospitality. Here it is. When you arrive, you will feel welcome and taken care of. You don't want to leave)

Very nice house) Cozy and beautiful. The rooms have a toilet and a bath, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and have a TV. Swing, barbecue. Grapes are growing 🍇 A wonderful view of the lake on the second floor of the house 🏘 We really liked everything)

My wife really liked the house on wheels. Anatoly is very friendly, caring, responds to the wishes of the guests. There are swings in the yard, a tennis table, everything is covered with grapes, there are tiles in the yard, the bathrooms are clean, they clean every day, My wife is going to this house again!!!!
