Very cool place! We rented a cottage for 3 families with children, we liked it very much. The territory is always closed, clean, cozy playground. The place is more family friendly. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the lake to berth 22, but the road is bad, there are no sidewalks and pedestrian crossings.

Very good place for families, especially comfortable with small children. Nearby is the beach Prichal22, very suitable for families with children at no extra cost, if you want more vivid impressions, you can walk to Prichal42.
The homestead has a shared kitchen, which is very good to cook with your own hands. Very aesthetically pleasing both in the kitchen and on the estate itself.
Another important point - a quiet place. Neighbors are decent, family, no noisy gatherings.
Equipped with a playground, with a sandbox, swings and a slide. The kitchen is opposite. The children play quietly under supervision. I recommend, have already recommended to all my friends. It's better to book in advance as the rooms are in great demand.

We rested before the official opening of the season, but the weather was very pleasing. The homestead also made me very happy, everywhere cleanliness, helpful staff, cozy houses, a separate kitchen with the ability to cook your own food. On the territory there is an original barbecue, a playground, a beautiful fountain, cozy wooden tables. The hotel, if necessary, provides a transfer, in particular, we were met at the station at 12 am, for which special thanks to the director Vladimir. In general, I liked everything, I recommend.
