There are necessary shops nearby, with a Sberbank ATM. I also liked the fact that there is a well-kept yard on the ground, children can play, run, barbecue, and in general have a pleasant time in all directions

It took us 20-25 minutes to walk, but we like to walk, we came to relax. And if we were very tired, we called a taxi, 70 rubles. There are a lot of cars available and they arrive very quickly

Very friendly hosts, the room has everything you need, it’s not hot, it’s comfortable, it’s quiet at night, no one makes noise, the music from the summer cafes doesn’t disturb your sleep

It was our first time on Yarovoye. Clean, comfortable, has everything you need. If you want to relax in silence - this is the place for you!!! The hosts are very polite and friendly

With a car parking, it is also not clear when I called to order a room, I was told that the car can be parked at the hotel or in Khutorka, in fact, in Khutorka, the car cannot be parked near the hotel, although it was said that it was guarded

in the end they brought towels and fresh bed linen, but asked to change them ourselves. agreed not to wait another day. there is a cafe at the hotel, but with the speed of service. although the food is delicious

pluses - convenient location from Lake Bolshoy Yarovoe, new furniture, cozy room, comfortable large shower room. good isolation (maybe our neighbors were calm, of course, but nevertheless no one was heard)

I would like the garbage to be cleaned up every day and do wet cleaning. Change the chefs in the cafe. They brought raw fish, raw zrazy. And scrambled eggs are cooked like some kind of mush

Pancakes are delicious, cherry strudel is also nothing. I didn't eat the soup, my husband liked it. There is no grain coffee, only instant coffee. With coffee, as I understand it, there are generally problems

Cozy rooms, a shared kitchen (equipped with everything you need), have your own cafe (reasonable prices, delicious food), well-thought out leisure time for children (game room, warm pool, swing, rope town)

We stayed with our family for a week at the Oasis estate and did not regret it

The hotel is not bad, new. There is no place to have breakfast, except in a nearby cafe. Shower and toilet cleaning could be more frequent. Not 100%. But you can live.

We stayed in a family room with amenities. In the shower for some reason a little warm water, you need to take soap with you. I would have liked a kettle in the room instead of running for boiling water

And the windows, the windows do not open, there is some kind of ventilation that works from the outlet and only in one room, but it makes noise and is not at all like from an open window

New renovation and furniture. Separate parking with gazebos. Rooms with all amenities. Of the minuses, the smell of washing powder next to the laundress. The maids rarely clean. Or so clean that is not noticeable.

The best hotel in the spring, close to the beach and at night you can sleep, the rumble of music is not so audible. Parking, air conditioning, tv all decent, only expensive. But in the season for a while you can afford

The beach card can be purchased without a queue, there is a bank transfer

All is well. But there should be breakfasts at the hotel and linen changed more often. But in general, great.

The atmosphere is pleasant and conducive to relaxation, the staff is friendly and very helpful, but there is still work to be done!!! Breakfasts and other meals outside the hotel, guarded and free parking in the back courtyard, WiFi is unstable and flies out, hot water does not wait from the tap, in general, for this hotel the price is high for the room

The combined bathroom and shower in the room are not very convenient, the TV in the room was of an old model, showed poorly, the prices for accommodation are too high compared to the rest in the city, not worth it

A pleasant and cozy place, a normal shop only in the neighboring village, the last 4 km of the road to the hotel is a fierce hell.

There is a swimming pool, swings, a children's playroom, and even adults can play playstation, air hockey, crust. I definitely recommend the base! Located within walking distance from the lake, water park and shops

We rested not in the Oasis itself, but nearby, we only went here to the dining room, so the review is mainly about it. The food is delicious, the choice of dishes is large, the prices are pleasant, the staff is polite

But the most important advantage is the wonderful warm pool in which our children spent all 4 days. After him, by the way, the youngest son refused to swim in the water park. Because the water is much cooler there

For adults, this is a place for a calm and serene holiday. Barbecue areas and equipped kitchens allow you to cook on your own, and the existing cafe will help in cases where you need a quick bite to eat

An ideal place to relax with children. The guest house is equipped with everything necessary for both kids and teenagers to find something to their liking: a warm pool, a rope town, playrooms

We also managed to attend an awesome foam party. We sincerely thank the owners Alexander and Natalia. We wish prosperity to their business. It was one of our best family holidays ever

Almost every year we rest with Olya and Vitaly. These are wonderful, very hospitable and insanely hospitable people. We advise you to come at least once to them and you will not be able to rest anywhere else
