Well, one star is a lot of course, but it does not allow you to put less.
On 12/07/2021, I checked into a pre-booked room in this “hotel”. There was a stain of vomit on the carpet in the room. I went down to reception to have my room changed. The girl at the reception offered only a higher category room. I refused because I did not want to pay extra for a higher category room, but the girl at the reception reassured me, saying that no additional payment would be required.
I had a quiet dinner, came to the reception for the key, but the girl said that the management had decided that an additional payment was necessary. What kind of joke is this? That's your customer focus! Highest level!
I called a taxi to leave this hostel as soon as possible, but the taxi was not even allowed into the hotel.

Good staff. Cozy and spacious rooms. The breakfasts are not ideal due to the small selection. Despite the presence of a nearby railway and bus station, the room is not noisy. There are large shopping malls nearby.

We booked a family room while we were in Egypt. When booking, there were no special conditions for Booking, we arrived at the hotel at night, I was with my parents and 3 children! The receptionist is a completely incompetent girl who does not know the rules and laws! She refused to let us in due to the lack of Russian passports with us! I have been traveling for 20 years and this is the first time I have encountered such a boorish attitude and behavior from the staff! When I asked to show the grounds for refusing to move in, the girl showed the decision that applies to foreign citizens! We spent an hour in the lobby of the hotel with sleeping children in our arms, I had to look for another hotel at 2 am! I immediately found a hotel and settled there with my children and parents on international passports and there were no problems! The money is still for the room, and this is more than 100 euros The administration of the hotel has not returned. Don't recommend this chain!!!! These Administrators should be fired for being completely unable to talk to customers and ruining the reputation of the Cosmos network. The hotel administration did not call or write about the situation and did not apologize in any way! It was November 1st 2:30 am! Even the security guard in the same hotel was outraged by her behavior as an Administrator! We had qr codes, we were all vaccinated!
