The hotel is just 🔥 at the reception there was a very sweet and kind girl! Escorted to the room. The room was just gorgeous, it has everything: a kettle, tea, cutlery and a small kitchen! We had a good rest and will gladly come again. We were satisfied, they even brought us a delicious breakfast to the room 👍 thanks for the hospitality 😊
We've been staying with you for probably 3 years now. Clean rooms, the ability to order breakfast and dinner in the room is our priority ☝️ we often go to the administrator Alina. Very quickly draws up, escorts to the room, will solve any of our questions. Service 👍
This is not the first time we have come to the city of Neftekamsk. This time we decided to stay at the Aurora Hotel on Lenina Street. Friendly staff. A double standard with a double bed was offered and it's not bad at all. Clean white bed linen, bathrobe, towels, slippers, soap accessories. Kettle in room with tea bags and coffee. Room cleaning every day! In general, everything for a comfortable stay. We will only stay at this hotel from now on.
