Very great place to recommend. 3 couples can sit quietly, the pool is excellent, the sauna without words, if you wish, billiards can only be played. 500 rubles is needed. To pay. I really liked the bossain, everywhere in the saunas there was such a pool I have not seen anywhere else. If you wrote mistakes, do not scold))))) all the good blessings.

A very friendly welcome. Arrived early in the morning. Ordered a taxi to the airport. Located near the city centre. Convenient that Breakfast is not on time, and when you need to. Thank You for such a warm welcome. Will definitely be back.

Well, what can I say .... I personally was looking for a hotel near the institute. The location of the hotel is a big plus. From the Institute is a 5-7 minute walk. As for the number: for 2500 tons I have seen better. The first thing that confused me was that there is no reception here (because the hotel is most likely apartments bought out) and if you suddenly need something at night or in the evening...

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable double bed, everything you need, fast wi fi, stayed together, checked in late, received a warm welcome, despite the late hour, organized a transfer and suggested where to dine at late

I recommend this hotel to everyone, everything is always clean and comfortable! The rooms have everything you need and nothing more! We are very pleased with this place, we stay here all the time!

Great place, very cozy, comfortable, all conditions. Attentive and polite staff, was satisfied with the service. I think the best hotel in the northern part of the city, a quiet place, in the evenings you can walk in the nearby park and go to a cafe, everything is within walking distance, believe me, being on a long business trip, it’s hard to stay in hotels, BUT I didn’t notice the duration here)...

Great mini hotel. Pleasant, homely atmosphere of the kitchen. Wi-Fi simply flies. If you come to Ufa again, with pleasure to settle in this hotel. The girls from the reception are great! Friendly administrator, clean kitchen, cozy room.

I liked the hotel very much, clean, good, the staff are friendly. They told me where to eat, where to go for a walk. The breakfast amazed and was worth paying for. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, but good fitness =)

They were driving for one night. Found quickly, left the car without problems. It was necessary to replace the wipers, in the same building there was a solid car shop. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is quite substantial. For my money, more than a decent option.

Nice mini hotel. It's clean everywhere. Located on the third floor. The room was stuffy, but there was air conditioning, so they did not experience any special problems. The only addition - in the shower I would like at least some kind of rug on the floor, because after bath procedures I use a lot of water

For a two-star hotel, everything is top notch. Within walking distance from the center. Nearby there is a parking lot for electric scooters. Quiet area. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle, mugs, plates. Rooms are clean, comfortable, two-level. There are rooms with superior comfort, with a jacuzzi. Disadvantages: there is no lift, and the hotel is on the 3rd floor, there is a bathhouse...

Very cool hotel. Very cozy. Nice staff. Great service. There is everything: refrigerator, cups, towels, slippers, bedding, kettle. Even tea and sugar are in the room. I would like to come back here again.

The place is quiet. Service is good.very clean. But these rooms are overpriced. No air conditioning, limited space. You can’t strive for profit so much without thinking about how people will feel in these rooms. Very cramped and stuffy.

I don't dare to call this place a hotel, more like a hostel. But perfect cleanliness, furniture, new bedding. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is polite. The rooms are small but cozy. Noise isolation leaves much to be desired

Hotel with well thought-out ergonomics. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Just right for a one night stop. Pleasant administrator. The price includes a delicious hearty breakfast. Shower, toilet, wash basins are shared, but in perfect cleanliness.

Not bad for the money, clean and in the shower and toilets. The room is not big, but the ergonomics of the space is well thought out, you can separately order menu lunches in the room, the prices are reasonable, the administrators are very responsive and instantly respond to the request.
