Good base, small area, no pool! The rooms are clean, warm, there is a shower, a bathroom (everything is clean), soap, toilet paper, a refrigerator in the room, no TV, clean bedding. there are deluxe rooms. On the 1st floor of the building there is a kitchen, which has everything you need: a refrigerator, a stove, dishes, a microwave, a kettle. Pavilions with barbecue facilities. The area needs a little revitalization. There are sunbeds on the shore of the reservoir. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Overall, the impression is good.

I liked the value for money, clean rooms and grounds, friendly receptionist. From the minuses, it turns out that there is no official place for swimming, there are 2 signs "swimming is prohibited" + the whole bottom is in a large number of river mussels, and these are cut legs.

Terrible place. Rude administrator and director. They look like drinking and walking women. To our claims, why in the Suite room there is 1 set of towels, no toiletries, damp bedding, no kettle and the light in the bathroom is like in a cellar. They replied that if we don't like something, we can take the money and leave.
The territory is not well-groomed, the coast is very shallow and covered in rotten algae, which no one cleans.
They call the prices for rooms 200-300 rubles higher than on the website. And they say the site is down. Although everything works and we ordered rooms based on the photos on the site, which are very different from the real ones.
I don't advise people with children to go there. Ruin your entire vacation.
