Decent place. For 2700 per day is very good. The rooms are large and spacious.
The staff is polite.
Of the nuances: the soundproofing of the rooms is weak, it blows double-glazed windows, there is no buffet. There is no elevator and it is on the outskirts of the city..

Excellent hotel! Conveniently located. There is parking. Restaurant on site! The room has everything you need. The room rate is reasonable. Unfortunately, it was autumn and did not see the fountain in action. But still very beautiful.

There are only 6 floors and there is no elevator, this is a fat minus (especially for the living..s:)

A very decent hotel. The only joint is the location (outskirts, industrial zone), but everything is compensated by the comfort and professionalism of the staff. Friendly girls at the reception and excellent cooks. The rooms are much higher than 3 ***. I advise for recreation. The owners would like to wish further prosperity.

The hotel has good potential, but it needs to be dealt with and invested in, then it can gain popularity. It makes sense to ennoble the area around. Not to mention the fact that if you build a 5-storey building, it must have an elevator a priori, guests are different: with sore feet, in old age, with small children. And the staff themselves get tired of running back and forth. I recommend the management to be puzzled by the construction of an external elevator. There were also interruptions with water - there was no cold, then hot, but perhaps this is a temporary situation. We had a deluxe room with a wobbly shower.

From pluses: very sympathetic, hospitable staff, it always captivates. The room itself is also good: spacious, nice, clean. The beds are comfortable. In general, the impression is pleasant, you just need to bring everything to mind.
