This is a mini-hotel with all that it implies. The owners should pray and hold on to the administrators Alena and Karina. Only their real desire to help and ensure a better stay covers everything. The girls should be given awards for their help. The linen is changed constantly, the breakfasts are delicious (just replace the porridge with something else, otherwise I don't like it), they are promptly trying to resolve all issues. It can be seen that they are benevolent and stand up for their cause.

There is no hot water (at 6.10.21, there is an instantaneous water heater in the shower), the room is cool. For that there are breakfasts and diligent administrators. The cost of living is low.

He took off the star for the lack of an air conditioner. For such a price, it is very normal. I was surprised that the price includes not only breakfast, but also lunch. The staff is very helpful. An electric water heater is another quest. In principle, I liked it. In general, I love hotels in shopping centers.

We checked in at night from June 13 to June 14 in room 316. Everything was fine at first, the room was clean. Having slept for 3 hours, both woke up abruptly from the feeling that someone was crawling or biting on the body. We thought it was midges, but the sensations did not stop and we could not sleep further.
On June 15, they discovered bites on themselves. As it turned out, these are bedbug bites. We can only hope that we did not move them somewhere further to our apartment.
The likelihood that we brought them is excluded, since we were staying at the hotel for the first time, the bugs were bitten for the first time in our life. Feeling so-so. And even more so, no one is going to reimburse material damage for several disinfections in the apartment in which case. Therefore, the impressions are terrible.
