Stayed at the Firefly base! We liked the rest! Good territory! Clean! The room is modest, but everything you need is there! Special thanks to the administrator Sergey (I don’t remember exactly the middle name) a good-hearted person! Responsive and friendly! We will definitely come to you again!

We rested here for 3 days in August 2021. We rented 2 houses. We were lucky with the weather - we had time to swim, sunbathe, take pictures in the evening at the pantone, arranged an evening disco! In the houses, everything is done for a comfortable stay: a toilet, a shower, a heated floor in the bathroom, a stereo system, a TV, an electric kettle and a microwave with a refrigerator. Great playground...

A good place. Nice clean houses, grounds. Sand on the shore and in the lake. The entrance to the water is smooth, the lake is shallow. The remark of the administration - to check the cleanliness on the shore more often, when they were - as in the morning there was rubbish, fragments from bottles, they left, no one cleaned it.

We rested at the base from July 4-9, 22, we liked everything, the territory is good, the beach is excellent, I would like a closet in the house, but of course things were laid out. The wish that there were no local residents at the base. We'll be back, thanks

The place is just great! Perfect for a family vacation. For holidays with small children there are all the amenities in the house. And shower and toilet and cartoons on TV if you are tired of walking and swimming) everything is very comfortable, friendly staff! We have already gone 4 times, we were 100% satisfied. And what evenings on the veranda in front of a fire burning in the grill ... Uhhh .....

Holiday houses are expensive. But quite roomy. About 24 thousand for the house. But for that there is a slide for tubing YOUR FLY!!!) Very cool. Ride with children and get a lot of new experiences. The steep descent on the "cheesecake" is already breathtaking!)

Quiet, nice and well maintained cabins with spectacular views. Breakfast and lunch included for each guest (not every meal was good though). A little bit overpriced, but that's because of the location. Also, cabins could be a little bit more spacious.

They charge too much for entry and parking. They ask for 1500 rubles. per day from one car. We rested 9 hours, and paid for a full day! Why not pay by the hour? Someone managed to occupy a special site for setting up a tent (it’s clear what they paid for), but what did we pay 1,500 rubles for? Only for entrance and parking. We did not use any benefits of civilization, and the lake and other delights...

Very good recreation center. Everything satisfied me: beautiful views of the Ural mountains, a beach with a small amount of entertainment, the cleanliness of the base and a playground where you can send children and not worry about them. But there are also bad sides: a terrible toilet, a huge price for houses (the lowest price: 4000 rubles).

I want to share my impressions about the recreation center "Crystal". My family and I spent an unforgettable weekend on the shores of the purest lake Turgoyak. Clean pine forest, clear water, birds singing - what else is needed for happiness? We liked that at the base everyone can choose the level of comfort according to their wallet. There are houses for large companies (about 24 tr per day), barrel...

From pluses: very cozy, beautiful and clean room, convenient location and reasonable price. Of the minuses: terrible soundproofing and the view from the window (ground floor)😅

It was a clean and very cozy hotel! The staff was also kind and I couldn't speak English very well, but they explained the room using the translation app. This is a place to stay when you come back to Chelyabinsk!

I was in this hotel on 07/20/2021. I came to Chelyabinsk from Moscow on a business trip. This is my third time going to this hotel. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, for me it is very important. All I like here is the location, friendly and helpful staff. I will be in Chelyabinsk, of course, only in the Venice hotel my way. Special thanks to the management for hospitality.

We stayed at the Venice Hotel. It was very comfortable in the rooms, all around luxury and beauty. The rooms had everything that is indicated on the website. And it's also good that there is a large parking lot with video surveillance. Externally, the facade of the building is not as beautiful as in the rooms, so it is better to ask to see the room upon arrival. Score 5+

Was there yesterday. Rented a deluxe room. The room is chic. Everything is very expensive and richly made. It looks like a lot of money has been invested. The staff is pleasant, attentive and very polite. Looking at the building, it is not clear what is inside. And when you go inside everything changes. Mole made and very comfortable. The room is clean, the bed is clean, the bathroom is clean. 2000 r for a room with a double bed - more than sane. From inexpensive hotels - the 6th which I got through and the places were (Hostels are not considered a priori)

There is a clean kitchenette with utensils, you can cook everything, warm up and eat in peace. Cooler with water, refrigerator. We will always stay here. Thanks to the polite and helpful staff.
