She placed us in a triple room, the room is clean, inside the room there is a bath, a bathroom, the bed linen is clean, a comfortable mattress and pillow, 3 white towels, a small TV and a set-top box, a kettle in the room. Thank you for the comfortable accommodation...

The room was clean and comfortable. There is everything for a comfortable stay and relaxation. You can order room service from the cafe. Recommend. The only thing I would like to add is the sockets in the bathroom.

Of the benefits: inexpensive; friendly staff; location in the city center; there is a shopping center nearby; quite comfortable rooms to live a few days. Of the minuses: the view from the window to the warehouse; there was no hot water during the stay (possibly a single case); registered on the booking, wrote the name in English, the administrator did the wrong transcription, in the end the number...

Excellent hotel. Quiet, comfortable. The room is clean. The administrator prepared breakfast at the appointed time.

You can, if only to sleep and leave, and it's not very clean. There were flies and spiders. I wasn't impressed. It is better to choose another hotel if possible.

Sound insulation is completely absent. In the room you can even hear how the ballpoint pen in the next room walks on a sheet of paper. And the rest is normal.

I was in this hotel on 07/20/2021. I came to Chelyabinsk from Moscow on a business trip. This is my third time going to this hotel. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, for me it is very important. All I like here is the location, friendly and helpful staff. I will be in Chelyabinsk, of course, only in the Venice hotel my way. Special thanks to the management for hospitality.

We stayed at the Venice Hotel. It was very comfortable in the rooms, all around luxury and beauty. The rooms had everything that is indicated on the website. And it's also good that there is a large parking lot with video surveillance. Externally, the facade of the building is not as beautiful as in the rooms, so it is better to ask to see the room upon arrival. Score 5+

Was there yesterday. Rented a deluxe room. The room is chic. Everything is very expensive and richly made. It looks like a lot of money has been invested. The staff is pleasant, attentive and very polite. Looking at the building, it is not clear what is inside. And when you go inside everything changes. Mole made and very comfortable. I will return for sure.
