Good afternoon! Stayed with you from 14 to 16 July 2020. in room 404. I want to say thank you to all the staff for their work, everything was on top. Separately, I would like to highlight the work of Ekaterina Ustinova and Aliya Zhakenova. A big request to encourage them. Also thanks to the director of this hotel, an understanding, hospitable person. In the future, I will only stay at your hotel and will only recommend it to other people.
Cozy atmosphere, polite staff, delicious breakfasts. The room has everything you need. Large balcony. The TV, however, is not flat, but it is not a problem. The room has bottled water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, dishes. Hairdryer, slippers, safe. I recommend
Quite good hotel. Breakfasts are also quite good - buffet (Nothing special, but they are not bad either: chopped sausage, tomatoes / cucumbers, there are scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, omelet, sausages, yogurt and porridge. Also, always a decanter of compote and milk, tea and coffee! In general, a good breakfast set)
The rooms are tidy (it was in 403), heated floors, air conditioning is also available (though about it a little further), in the refrigerator, gas / and still water is replenished every day and is free. Change of towels every day.
I can only write down 2 minuses (because of which I put 4, not 5):
1. Was in a cool time and at night it was quite uncomfortable in terms of heat, but the air conditioner did not warm up.
2. The clock that hangs over the bed is terribly unpleasant and ticks audibly enough, which is annoying when falling asleep.
That's all the cons. I did not bother about them, because I was only for 2 nights, and it was very warm under the blanket, and it was 4 degrees outside (the heating was turned off, because 2 weeks before that it was warm enough)

Today my wife, in your hotel, was naughty by a girl, possibly a senior administrator. To begin with, she didn't introduce herself.
Then, in a very rude, indecent form, she demanded that my wife leave the hotel. Phrases sounded like on the Odessa delivery: "so that I don't see you here again ...", "so that YOU never come here again ..." And so on.
The reason is probably that my wife came to your hotel and planned to talk with a competent person on the issue of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Ugly situation.
It seems that your staff, yesterday traded seeds in the market. Your staff, the "face" of your company.
p.s. for your reference, we are a family of doctors. We recently arrived in your city for permanent residence. Our patients are those you see on TV. I give you my word that I will try very hard to ensure that during the tour, not one of my star patients will settle in your hotel.
And yes, if in the near future my wife is not apologized, then I will be forced to hire a lawyer to defend the constitutional right to respect.
p.s. If your staff is so rich that they can afford to be rude to potential clients, then we will try to assess this rudeness to the maximum extent possible, available in case law.

It was a very nice hotel, but after the self-isolation regime, everything changed.
For a long time I didn’t want to write bad things, but they didn’t get better. At work 2-3 times a month I go on a business trip to Magnitogorsk. For many years I stayed in this hotel. Now every time I come and start walking around and ask me to change the crumbling chair, to unscrew the burned out light bulbs, the mirror in the bathroom is now only large - it is not possible to put on makeup in the morning. And separately about breakfast. No fruits, no scrambled eggs, no pastries either.
In general, over the past 6 times, things have gotten worse and worse.

Nice rooms, parking at the entrance, excellent implementation of fitness access. Breakfast is good quality but rather weak for the price

Average hotel, without any frills, but clean and tidy, overall can live. TV did not want to work. Downstairs there's an Italian restaurant. The kitchen is average, like Italian, but with a strong Russian accent, so to speak. The prices are reasonable, it pleases, is Lunches.

The most delicious Breakfast of all the hotels I've been in for the last time. Cold not tasty omelet, pancake did not eat, as it tastes very rancid, as if it were fried in old, many times used oil. Vegetables like plastic from a network store (markets are usually much better). The rest did not try. It was a buffet. Perhaps it would be better prepared menus to choose from, as with all small hotels.
