February 2023. We visited the resort for the second time. Stayed at this hotel for the first time. Last year we lived in Sunny Vali's chalet. We lived on the seventh floor (room 701) overlooking the mountain. Liked: breakfast (buffet), room, furnishings and interior, view from the window. There are no problems with parking and car parking (everything is within walking distance). In general, hotel accommodation is more comfortable, but if you are traveling with a large family or company, then you need to choose Sunny Wali. In the area of ​​criticism: there is no table and chairs on the balcony, the elevator does not work well (frequent breakdowns), the sound insulation in the room is low. I didn't like it and really spoiled the impression of the trip: The customer service is very bad and in a year, since the last trip, nothing has changed and even got worse. Reception can not ask anything, they do not have information, in particular about the slopes and lifts. Very terrible - the manager in the restaurant. The waiters in the restaurant are so bad and unprofessional that it becomes ridiculous (Olivier recommended as a dessert). In a word, all interaction with the attendants makes a painful impression. I didn't feel welcome. I want to thank Alexander (barista in the modular cafe at the top) and Ivan (alpine skiing instructor), they smoothed the overall impression.
And on the positive side, the resort has a facility for charging electric vehicles.
