The hotel is good average. For the money you pay, it's perfectly acceptable. The room is clean, standard set, Wi-Fi, TV, bed. The bed, by the way, has an orthopedic mattress. Continental breakfast, freshly prepared.
By the standards of Troitsk, it's a great place. But if you are from a large city, then nothing can surprise you here. The service is on the level (again, for Troitsk), the prices do not bite, the view from the windows is not the worst, the building has a sauna and billiards, a clean and tidy area, delicious food, bright colors, helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite. Of the minuses, terrible soundproofing - you can hear everything that is happening in neighboring rooms and the corridor, does not show the TV from the word at all. The Internet is terrible, there is no handle on the bathroom door - instead of it there is a hole. Spent three days there. For 2500 you can organize a better service. Very far from the train station
Very polite, smiling women at the reception. The room is clean. Bed linen is fresh. Mattresses are new, no stains and smells, comfortable. New furniture (two bedside tables, table, chair, wardrobe with mirrored doors). The shower is clean and the drain is good. On the ground floor there is a cafe and a shop with delicious, fresh salads and cakes. I recommend. For my taste, the best option in town.
Many of the amenities stated on the bookings do not correspond to reality (hairdryer, mini bar, iron, etc.) the number is less than the stated 18 meters, the kettle is on the floor, but the bed is comfortable, the linen is nice and clean, the hotel is warm and quiet. Normal to spend the night in a short trip.
Great hotel, clean, and most importantly the bed linen very clean, the hotel is not smoke-filled, polite staff.
