Perhaps one of the best places to visit for the whole family for the weekend, although the prices are not cheap. There is a large indoor swimming pool and a sauna. We didn’t go to the gym (we didn’t come here for this)) After swimming, we took tea with apples there and went to the sauna to take a steam bath, we went to the room to relax only in the evening. Breakfast could be chosen from several menus, which is also not bad when you go with children. There is a large parking lot, an important factor.

Hotel for 3.5 stars maximum. Outside, everything is beautiful and nothing more. The breakfasts are not bad, the service of the waiters is not worth 500 rubles. The spa is average, for a four. The floors are very slippery everywhere, from time to time they all slip. Dressing gowns are pretty well-worn. There are no sockets in the rooms. Even the kettle had to be plugged into the wall outlet.
Bed and linen are great.
Noise isolation is very poor. On the night of September 11, a drunken family made a noise, then a fight broke out in the corridor. The guards responded only after calling the reception, although screams were heard at the reception. Sleep was disrupted.
The hotel still needs to seriously work on the mistakes, collect all the reviews and fix the flaws. We are writing for feedback, in the hope that the management reads this and draws conclusions.

I will write things that can make the right choice and not experience disappointment. Location of the hotel: this is not a city hotel, and not a country one. With all that it implies. The views from the windows are terrible, there is no territory, there is nowhere to walk. There are no shops and attractions within walking distance either. It's not scary if you are ready for it. The hotel itself is in a state of repair and completion. In principle, it is also not very scary. We didn't hear, only saw. The hotel itself is quite cozy and clean. But neither the decoration, nor the furniture, of course, pulls 5 *. Too easy. I will describe 3 points that very clearly characterize the hotel's policy. 1 moment: We were on a spa weekend. Supposedly a bottle of counter champagne. They brought a semi-sweet. We did not open it, since we only drink brut. We came to a restaurant. There, the same champagne was brut. Explained the situation. They asked if it was possible to change the semisweet for brut. They refused. 2 point: the champagne was warm. And the one that was brought as a welcome, and in the restaurant. Very strange. 3 moment: were on my husband's birthday. Passed unnoticed). A trifle, but we are talking about a hotel of the declared high class. So you can go there, you need to, but do not expect anything supernatural either from the service or from the hotel.

The hotel does not correspond to the level of 5 stars! Only a spa complex can have such a rating!
The rooms themselves are old, the renovation is cheap, the curtains are generally awful. No noise isolation, you can even hear how they talk in the next room and in the corridor.
For food: we stayed as a family at the hotel last year and this year. Nothing has changed. The food is of poor quality and variety. The service is not very good.
