Perfect place! The rooms are clean and unique. We lived in the main building. The room has a living room, separated from the bedroom by a door, this is a huge plus. Every room has air conditioning, so you can turn it on where you are not now, so as not to sit under it. The bathroom has an extractor fan. It's a must in hot weather! Interesting green space. Closed parking nearby, however, for an additional fee. Delicious breakfasts on the veranda. Near the beach, in our time there were few people (June-July 2021). Also near the park, access to the territory of the sanatorium Ai-Petri. The cable car to Ai-Petri can be reached on foot, about 10 minutes. In general, we got everything and even more than we wanted from the hotel, and at an affordable price. We definitely made the right choice! Of the minuses, I can note: the lack of a mosquito net on the windows (but it was not hot to sleep with the window closed) and the lack of an elevator (but if you go to the Crimea, get ready to climb a lot).

I liked the park hotel very much! We came in January, so we walked more than sat on the beach. Convenient location in relation to Dulber Park, Miskhor Park, Ai-Petri Cable Car, Vorontsov Park! Everything is within walking distance and everything is very beautiful! The air is clean, fresh - it is surprisingly easy to breathe! There are steps to the sea, so you have to be ready to pant for 5 minutes. But this is only on hand! Build in a week!
And a special thank you to the staff! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! They met us at night (the plane was detained), arranged for us to have dinner in our room, even put on the microwave at our request! And the food is delicious! Avocado salad with tuna, lamb with vegetables, even the familiar borscht and Caesar were awesomely delicious!

Lovely family run hotel. Sea view. Luxurious park around. Equipped beach. Rooms with kitchen. Warm floor (especially relevant in November). The maid even washed the dishes, we are very grateful to her for that.

An excellent hotel with an excellent location. Near the mountain Ai-Petri, Vorontsovskiy
palace, Miskhorsky park a step from the hotel. Service in the hotel for five plus, the impression that I visited the country with good old friends (was the first time). The territory is very beautiful, the sea is nearby (the beach of the Ai-Petri sanatorium) In the Ai-Petri sanatorium there is a children's animation in the morning on the beach, as well as evening programs for children and adults on the dance floor. For lovers of quiet evening relaxation, there are two cafes on the seashore, and in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, a starry sky lying on a sunbed on the beach and, of course, swim in the moonlit path. Passing from the Rhodes hotel through the Miskhorsky park you find yourself on the embankment with noisy cafes. So rest for every taste ... Telling you about your impressions, again and again you remember how good it was. You will not regret the ride.
