Grand Hotel Kaspii

In the conditions of a "relative" lack of competition near the "largest plant" of Dagestan, the place is very good. The price/quality ratio would have been better if the price was lower.
I liked it: next to the factory, a good (for me) breakfast, every day they clean the room, friendly staff, there are shower accessories.
Didn't like it: the shower cubicle is in extremely poor condition, the lack of a terminal for payment in principle. Considering the reviews for 2018 about the terminal, the case is clearly not moving for other reasons (from the official one).

Clean! Great rooms. Cosy. Courteous staff. 1 minute to the beach. Not expensive.

Good restaurant,delicious food and drinks,but the music is all for me,but who loves chanson is the place.

The hotel is quite good, and the café kitchen decent. Service is quite normal. The staff is very good (adjusted for local flavor).
The grounds are well kept, comfortable - walkway, gazebo, lots of greenery. Beaches, parks and shops within walking distance.
But the rooms are already in need of repair or basic care. They clean, linen fresh, furniture OK, air conditioning OK and plow the pros on this end. Sveta little burned out most of the lamps. The Wallpaper in some places was peeling. The channels on the TV constantly lost, the remotes work through time. To get hot water you have to drain for 5-10 minutes. The shower door was broken, had them "put on rails".

Good place to stay local and preaim in hotels near the sea.
