It seems that only the deluxe room has a modern renovation, and they put a bunch of single beds in the 2nd room. We chose a hotel from a dozen closest by location. We settled on this. It's clean and comfortable here. Our deluxe room overlooked the road, which makes the room unbearably noisy. The hotel can order breakfast for an additional fee (350r). The hotel is in a good location and the city center is within walking distance.

Small hotel with 18 rooms. We had a large clean room with a huge bed. The hotel staff is friendly, responsive, helped on any issue. The room is spacious, clean. Air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. Administrator darling😍 The bathroom is private, but the bath is without a curtain, water is on the floor ... plus an unpleasant sewer smell 🤢 The cafe nearby is not tasty and sooo expensive. Most of all, this upset the menu for a penny, but they count it for a ruble for themselves👎

We felt comfortable and cozy in this hotel! Room with all amenities. Frequent cleaning and linen change. Value for money for five! We recommend to people without claims to "luhari"!

I have been going to this family hotel almost from the first year of its existence. I don't know if there are stars... Everything is simple, comfortable, without pretensions to exclusiveness. The optimal combination of price and quality. This year I brought 15 friends and held a retreat. Everyone was satisfied. The quality/price matches. In walking distance (10 min) there is a good beach (towards the village of HAZAR). Nearby there is a restaurant, they cook deliciously, but compared to the establishments close to the center of Derbent, it is expensive. Nearby there is a MUG where you can buy groceries.

The building is in very good condition and has access to the sandy beach. But the power grid is extremely unstable. The electricity was cut off for 3-4 hours every day.

We rented a suite. The room is clean and spacious. Fenced area, parking, there is a place for children to play. On-site restaurant with good food. Of the minuses - poor access to the sea, you have to jump, but, in my opinion, this is not critical. We liked.
