Fortunately, the lady at the excursions desk was pleasant, well-intentioned, and spoke English well, but this was her second day working on the island so she was unfamiliar with the excursions

We would probably stay here again, simply because it has the comforts of an ensuite bathroom, shower, normal beds, a decent view, and basic comforts you'd expect at a standard hotel, but we'd definitely consider alternatives as well

Good hotel (probably the best on the island, although that's not saying much). Anna was quite helpful in arranging everything prior to our visit, but was sadly on leave when we arrived

Unfortunately, because of the weather we had to change our plans around, which the staff struggled to help us with (even though we booked all our activities through the hotel)

Even though we only ended up having one day to explore the island, it was absolutely spectacular and probably had some of the most beautiful scenery in the world

It ended up taking us several hours to rearrange our plans, but it was well worth it

I loved the location and their restaurant which serves nice breakfast and has fireplace at night even in summer. You can walk to the beach anytime.

在島上算非常不錯了，而且性價比超高，和其他拼車的聊下來感覺真的是優秀，吃的好住得好。 酒店位置在湖邊，現在藍冰季可以直接從酒店下到冰面，從冰面走到薩滿巖很快。還可以問前台借溜冰鞋，這樣會更快遊覽周圍。 整體其實更像個度假莊園，民宿自帶的餐廳是島上當地人的網紅餐廳，酒店的早餐也是這裏麪提供的自助餐，同時我們嘗試了晚餐，菜品口味真的很不錯！尤其比起其他xhs推薦的預製菜餐廳真的是天差地別……而且餐廳有個真壁爐，超級暖和！ 服務：民宿的服務人員顏值都很高！可以基本英語交流，唯一的缺陷就是早上可能近期人多用電高峯，住的兩天早上起來都跳閘了一會會。 設施：房間很簡約，小木屋搭配陽台，尤其傍晚和清晨，看着外面雪景有種北歐感，衞生間有地暖，房間有暖氣，如果還覺得不夠熱可以再要個電暖氣。

Gorgeous location, we reached Shamanka in ten minutes (but there was a strong wind) ☺ The kitchen is excellent!

剛進去有比較重的拖布臭味混合廁所味兒，因為在票圈看到有地接説近期遊客太多，污水糞水處理壓力大，衹能半夜抽，可以理解。跟前台反應，也親自來噴了除臭劑處理。 通風后房間還行，廁所一丟丟，問了路過鄰居基本都有一點，加上沒有空房，就算了。 待房間裏久了把廁所門關上沒啥感覺。馬桶有一處污漬遺漏。 房間比較小，裝修和設施很新，乾淨簡約，是我的菜，挺不錯的。獨立小陽台可以看到貝加爾湖的景色，如果在三樓視野會更好。但因為陽台所以也會有一點路過人羣的噪音。 花灑很給力。床軟而不陷，能釋放壓力。枕頭略高和厚，對我而言不太舒服。餐廳很高級，環境很美。 工作人員都比較nice。前台會基本英語，複雜問題可能還是需要翻譯。 旺季一千塊對比島上其他住過的，個人覺得性價比不算高，體驗一下ok的

此次出行選擇入住，整體體驗非常棒！ 前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住迅速，還貼心地為我們介紹周邊景點和美食。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓我們每晚都能安然入睡。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質不錯。 酒店早餐種類豐富，味道可口，能滿足不同人的口味需求。 另外，酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊有商場和餐廳，方便購物和就餐。 唯一美中不足的是，酒店的健身房器材較少。但這並不影響我對它的好感，下次還會考慮入住！

三人間，去之前打電話諮詢了好久擔心無法住三人，去了之後房型都是一樣的標間，3人的話是單獨加的摺疊床，早餐很豐盛，位置也不錯，因為南北線回來的都比較晚，所以錯過了薩滿巖的日落，總體體驗很不錯，在胡日爾村設施已經算是很好了！重要的是民宿有餐廳真的很方便，有一天晚上出去找餐廳，結果沒有開門，而且晚上村子裏走路很冷，也不方便，最後還是回到了民宿餐廳

這個酒店有自己的餐廳，餐廳環境和菜品質量是這個島上數一數二的，推薦他們家的魚湯、山羊奶酪沙拉、甜品、草葯茶；晚上11點後可以抽水煙，他們老闆很會調煙，很好抽；他們家還有一衹很可愛的狗，狗很親人。

Cozy rooms, great view of the small sea. The rooms are large, but there are some remarks about cleaning. The floors were not properly cleaned upon arrival. There is a summer grill area where you can have a good time

This hotel on top of the hill is full of privacy, best lake view from the room, in which I can just sit there and enjoy the sunset. The shaman rock is just 5 mins walk, where you can enjoy the sun raise

Sergei, the host of Philoxenia is such an amazing person, he is incredibly hospitable, will make you feel welcome and is a wealth of information. The rooms are clean and very good value for money

He and his wife doesn't only help their guests but also help the people from the village. That's why i can see that Sergei is always busy. Thank them and I recommend this hotel to you all

I can totally recommend Sergey and his family. This house is comfortable with all things which you need (not everywhere you can find even hot water). He's good and generous host.

Philoxenia is situated on top of a hill overlooking town and has one of the best views of the lake you will find. I highly recommend you stay here during your trip to Olkhon

Only bright and good memories of staying here! A couple of minutes walk to Baikal, an excellent bathhouse and a hospitable host. The houses are very cozy, from the threshold you meet the smell of wood. Very good!

This is the only negative review I have ever given It was the most terrible ,horrible, experience in my life ! Maybe it’s our fault to check in in the New Year’s Eve ?🙄 When we arrived the hotel nobody was in there ,we were trying to get someone for help then we met a crazy lady in the reception,she got extremely bad attitude She tried to stop us to get in the house and she kept talking Russian which...

Then the lady who helped us to check in came I talked to her and she throw the crazy lazy out and told me she wasn’t a staff in the hotel ! I was like ??? Excuse me ? Then what was all that?why is she even in the house ? Ok then the crazy lady wouldn’t leave she just sitting and standing and walking around out side of the house

we said we don’t feel safe we want to make sure we are safe here ! Old lady said it will be fine and the police will come the take her,before the police came ,multiple people hold the door to protect us from this crazy lady ,because the door doesn’t have a lock ~

then the most dramatic moment came :that crazy lady showed up again , talking Russian to me with super weird status ，at that moment I realized she is not in a good condition I don’t know but the eyes were strange
