Excellent hotel. Service at the highest level. Family suite - beyond all praise. Separately worth noting is the continental breakfast and delicious dinner! We were pleasantly surprised by the bath complex at the hotel. We will definitely come back if we are in Kaluga again!

The hotel itself is good. The food is delicious!! The room is large and spacious. The girls at the reception are attentive. And the girls in the restaurant are really smart! I try to please the visitors. The breakfast is great and omelet and potatoes and kebabs and milk porridge and pancakes and much more! Tea and coffee in the room! There is a refrigerator, but it is empty. Fill it yourself if necessary. There is also a bath complex nearby, but you need to book in advance, we did not know and therefore did not have time to visit it. We were a family of 4 people: dad, mom, a child of 9 years and 1 year. There was a crib, by the way, comfortable! All the linen is clean and white. A robe, slippers and everything else is present. I did not have time to take a photo of the room. But there is a map of Kaluga. To summarize. I recommend this hotel with and without children! I liked it 👍

Excellent sauna with a 50 percent discount when you check into a hotel. Spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, customer oriented staff, trying to please customers. Very satisfied with the holiday.

Great hotel for relaxation and events. Responsive and welcoming staff. Quality food. Purity. We held a seminar event in the conference room, everything was set up for us. The quality of communication, the Internet is excellent. I recommend!

Excellent spacious bright rooms, clean, delicious breakfasts. I recommend, everything is very worthy. The location is not in the center, on the outskirts, so a great option for those who travel by car. Walking it is convenient.

Great staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Super restaurant! The menu is delicious. Took the neck skewers and french fries. Didn't regret a bit. Delicious! The room is cozy and clean. I'll go to breakfast tomorrow morning. I'll appreciate it. Parking is free, behind a barrier. There is security. The room has everything you need: safe, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, clean linen and slippers. The bathrobe was missing, but perhaps due to the type of room. In short, satisfied. Great hotel that you didn't want to leave! Traveled with a group of friends, stayed in a two-bedroom grand family suite in the VIP wing of the hotel. Clean, comfortable, large bath, snow-white bathrobes and slippers. Competent layout of the room, enough sockets, which are located in convenient places, good furniture, excellent sleeping place: comfortable mattress, good linen. Breakfast is a buffet worthy of five stars. Private free secure parking. The location of the hotel is not the best, but, to the credit of Kaluga, you can walk to the center on a good, even sidewalk, however, part of the path goes along the industrial zone past the factory fence. The only negative is the very unkind administrators at the reception - it feels like they don’t know how to smile in principle, and we are not guests, but a threat and a burden to their vitality, which, however, is typical for the Russian provinces. Employees make a very important appearance and look away, rather than greet guests - why? Excellent value for money, if you are not embarrassed by the distance from the city center and are not afraid of harsh teachers at the entrance - I recommend it.
