We rented house number 4. I liked everything very much. There is a nice clean beach nearby. Purely.

Private paid beach on the bank of the novoskakovsky quarry. The sand is clean and pleasant. There is no shadow on the beach, only from one pine tree. Near the beach, you can rent a gazebo for a company. There are also houses, you can stay for a few days. Sun loungers are paid. All in all a good place to stay with a family.
