This is bang in the centre of Kaluga (just off Kirova Street). A short walk around the corner (literally a few minutes) and you can go to Pub 102 for a decent meal and beer (pub shows sport). The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The location is good if you are not picky. In the hotel room everything is clean and linen and dignity. Node. There is an excellent sauna on the territory. Cons: the restaurant was closed for a banquet and little entertainment.

It is better not to come in winter, very cold house. The heating is turned off, the stove does not heat well. There is no kitchen, in the house for 9 people the sink is located in a very inconvenient place near the front door, i.e. it is always dirty in front of her. And in winter breakfasts are not served in the house. In a cafe nearby, the food is so-so. In a small house there is a shower room behind...

A good holiday home or ECO club as they call themselves, but not enough entertainment in the autumn-winter-spring period. In fact, you get only a house with a sauna + barbecue + ATVs. Well, a few animals (horses, goats, huskies and eagle owls) are a great place, as a base for seeing Kaluga and Tula.

The hotel is located on the border of the forest park "Ugra" and the private sector of Kozelsk. From the windows of the second floor you can see vegetable gardens and living creatures of local residents, a rural landscape. The rooms are equipped with everything you need: a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, large bright windows, a shower cabin, a hair dryer - everything is clean and new!...

We rented house number 4. I liked everything very much. There is a nice clean beach nearby. Purely.

Private paid beach on the bank of the novoskakovsky quarry. The sand is clean and pleasant. There is no shadow on the beach, only from one pine tree. Near the beach, you can rent a gazebo for a company. There are also houses, you can stay for a few days. Sun loungers are paid. All in all a good place to stay with a family.

Arrived for 2 days we started with a tour of the Goncharovs' house in the interiors of the 1800s, under the strict gaze of the owners of the house! - very informative. A walk through the park to the gazebo, to the monument to Pushkin and to the "Dacha of Father Frost" whetted my appetite). In the restaurant, a home-style lunch, tasty and thorough...

It reminded me of some rustic inn somewhere in Austria or Bavaria. It is very cramped both in common areas and in the little room (number 5 on the attic floor). In order to save money, the roof in the attic is low, respectively, with my wife we ​​were regularly hitting our heads against the slopes, by the way, not only we, because the entire finish is in dark spots (so as not to mark dangerous places...

An amazing, cozy place near the Goncharovs' estate. The hotel is quiet, clean, the girls are charming and welcoming! Comfortable!
