They are allowed to live with a pet. There are 3 eco trails nearby, there is a place to walk. Opposite is a shop. Of the minuses, there is a railway crossing nearby and it works at night.

We spent the night in January 2020. Three families with children (from 2 to 14 years old). On the way from Ruskeala to Vyborg / St. Petersburg. Three double rooms. We have been here 3 times already (June, July, December) and each time we thank the pandemic for the reason to go to Karelia and immediately plan the next visit. Forrest Lodge Karelia is about 10 km closer from St. Petersburg compared to the Ladolga estate, but this is no longer Lake Ladoga and not skerries, this is Lake Akhvenyarvi, which seems to be connected to Ladoga by a narrow channel on the map. We visited Malaya Medvezhka from 4 to 7 January. Nature is a sight. The rooms are cozy and warm. There are many entertainments on the territory: snowmobiles, ice rink, fishing, tubing. There are also summer activities. There is a restaurant. To the city 5 minutes by car.

Well, very decent, if you don't stay in the old rooms. Medvezhka itself is the oldest building, around the cottages are newer. Too bad there is no breakfast included. But the restaurant on site is very decent. The bear cutlets are good, and the trout pancakes seem to be salted themselves.

The only thing I would like is underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Favorite hotel in Petrozavodsk, stayed more than once. Clean, spacious rooms, nice staff. In the kitchen, you can cook or heat food. Ideal for travelers by car - a quiet area on the outskirts of the city, has its own parking, nearby there are gas stations and a shopping center.

Pay special attention to whether the guest smokes or not. The breakfasts that are included in the service did not really like the taste, the choice of menu.

The house idea is good. But inside it is cramped and there is not enough heating. The bathroom is uncomfortable but clean. Sliding sofas are small and uncomfortable, they stand in passage places. Lots of good cooking utensils. I liked the white bath and the ice hole. The staff is rude.
