It's nice enough. Rooms are big and common. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it was closed even earlier than it's said it must. The location is nice it's in the city center

Cool place and prices are okay we booked double room for around 3250 r was really clean and great staff and location is awesome plus there is market snd fruit market infront of the door

Good place for staying overnight and for visiting the sights around

Good price, has a bar downstairs and usually has se fridge on the room to store your drinks in there.

Place is ok. Room had a fridge. Room had a simple shower, which is connected from the water mixer of hand basin tap.

Not a great and friendly experience

The second time I took 311 single room and felt sorry for the bed, I need to throw it in the trash, horror. I didn’t get enough sleep

It's a simple, but good hotel. The price is really worth it. Everything was fine.

Nice hotel. Thanks to the staff.

The hotel itself is worthy of 4 floors, with an elevator .. Plumbing on the verge, no problem with water, room 310, very warm ..

Best fried fish filet topped with mayonnaise I've ever had. Also the only fried fish filet topped with mayonnaise I've ever had. Other than that I recommend the shchi and vinaigrette salad

Lacks the aesthetics I've come to expect from a hotel restaurant but it did have a disco ball. I imagine this is a hot spot to meet the locals or tourists passing through

We went in in the evening already many where there was no choice and here, too, some positions were missing, but the child was fed chicken soup, the husband ate a double portion of cutlets

Dinner for 3 people cost 750 rubles. Considering that this is more of a cafe-cafe with desserts, everything is very nice and democratic. Food was served quickly, dirty plates were also cleaned quickly

In general, everything is ok, thanks. Simple food without frills, what is needed for travelers with children)))

We went on an excursion to Ruskealla, stopped by here, ate delicious food, fed us 3 dishes!

The renovation is quite decent. The only problem is the water pressure in the shower was not always sufficient. And so, we want to come to Karelia in the summer, we would like this room on the basement floor

We spent the night in this hotel today. As I was told, “built a hundred years ago by the Finns”, the building is interesting, despite the rustic appearance from the outside: high ceilings, parquet floors

The best hotel in Sortavala, maybe because Finnish. Excellent food, rooms, wifi. Parking for cars. A large area, tickets for tours. But places must be booked in advance.

Very nice place to visit. Good cuisine.

You can walk in socks, you can buy slippers for 30 rubles. It is better to bring water for tea with you. The staff is sociable and pleasant. They will tell you where souvenirs and boat trips are cheaper

Owners were super nice and friendly! Everything was extremely clean and basically brand new! Great location with a small beer/snack place and a delicious bakery just across the street! The port/boat area is just down the street! They also helped us arrange for a last minute taxi/tour service! Very affordable and would totally stay here again!

Stayed here for 2 nights, quite good. Everything is clean, quiet, calm. Convenient location from the pier and bus station. The bed has personal sockets, a shelf and a lamp, which is very convenient

It is very conveniently located next to the savings Bank, a Museum, a Marina, from where the transport departs to Balaam, and the hotel "Seurahuone" with a wonderful cafe on the ground floor

Their motto is purely at home and it really is. Hand under the table held the floor clean. All rooms are different colors: orange blue red pink. Shared kitchen 2 toilets and two showers

For a hostel format, a great place. Clean, comfortable, kitchen, shower. friendly hostess. Very convenient location. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best for a few days in Sortavala
