Really beautiful hotel along the Tom River. Very service minded and friendly staff. Beautiful and big rooms. Enjoyed the spa also. Breakfast amazing... everything you could dream off and tasteful also. Tried the restaurant also....very tasteful too....the ordering process could have been easier if the menu card also were written in English. All in all a pearl in the Center of Kemerovo.

The hotel is wonderful! It's located right in the city center. I loved everything about it. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have, the check-in was excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, with good renovations. Not 4 stars. The hotel floors are above the operating rooms of the eye center. The white doors of the rooms, apparently, so that the atmosphere of the hospital is preserved. The dishes in the room had stood since breakfast late in the evening, and they did not think to clean it. Do not drink coffee in the lobby in the evening - the bartender goes home. Sleeping at night is fine, but not for rest.

Okay hotel. Thin walls, easily can overhear conversations in the next room or hallway. The room was kind of cold and was no way to adjust the temperature since the are no thermostats in the room. Room does have kitchenette which is nice. Overall nice amenities in the room. Probably one of the better hotels in Sheregesh but i doubt we'll be back to this property. Better options are out there.
